+ 1 moreOUTSTANDING Professionalism. I could not be more impressed with the quality of work, the dedication to get it right and the overall experience. They are even coming back one more time to place a 2nd coat on the main boards. It rained just today and with only one coat, the water is beading nicely. Wonderful company to deal with.
Description of Work: I installed a new deck in the spring. Part of that process was a 'quick' coat of Thompson's water seal by the contractor. Anyone who has ever used it, knows that it is an inferior product, especially on a $13K deck. After several appraisals I contacted Carlton Cleans. They sent an appraiser and he explained everything thoroughly. I was impressed with his knowledge and of course, the price. They immediately prepped the wood and were ready to begin the sealing/stain process. Well, after 5 weeks of rain, the job could not be completed in a timely manner. Carlton communicated through this time very effectively and did not want to rush the job. He had his crew come back out after the wood had some time to dry, re-prepped the wood again and finally was able to complete the job.
