Description of Work: Capitol Chimney cleaned our chimney with sweeping services. I watched it being cleaned, and they seemed to do a very good job. The chimney was clean and the service man explained everything he did and also pointed out some problems with our fireplace.

Description of Work: The company did a chimney cleaning on a duplex. In one case the liner was old galvanized metal. They recommended replacing the liner and did clean as much as possible. At the second unit the worker reported that there was no liner and did not clean the chimney and gave me an estimate for installing a new liner. I was not charged for this. The workers were efficient and polite. There was no pressure to do additional work, just recommendations.

Description of Work: Masons completely and carefully removed then replaced the existing chimney crown. They worked efficiently and cleaned up nicely. Job took only about three hours.

Description of Work: -The company did not contact us by the "contact date" provided when I booked the deal. They were one day late (not a huge deal, but in the grand scheme, it's annoying). -BEFORE I booked the deal, I looked on their company website to see if they service my area. The website listed my area, so I booked the service. I brought that to their attention when they wrote and said they could not accept my business. Maybe they'll service my area if I was paying full price, and not the deal price. They did not address me when I said my area was listed.
