Description of Work: They installed a stainless steel chimney liner and restored the grout on the inside and outside of the chimney. They restored the crown and put on a new cap. It all went well.

Description of Work: Contracted to tear down 2/3 of masonry chimney and place a new crown; installed a cast-iron wood-burning stove, with Class A pipe running above the roofline for the exhaust; relined separate, dilapidated furnace chimney and placed a new crown and rain cap. | |Overall, work was done professionally and I would re-hire again. Roger is great and goes out of his way to ensure your experience is good, price is reasonable, and job is done right. The only issue was responsiveness-- contractors no-showed twice in the course of a number of trips to the property due to office/scheduling glitches (their fault), and were at times difficult to get ahold of. I'd hire them again given overall value for money, and have referred them to other friends, but they need to iron out communications.

Description of Work: The first step was cleaning and inspecting my chimney. The workers arrived when they said, finished in approximately two hours, and informed me that the chimney's condition was so bad they recommended tearing down the existing structure and rebuilding it. They offered me a discount if I utilized their services. |We agreed on the terms. They arrived, on schedule, and finished most of the work in one day; the remainder was completed a few days later in a couple of hours. |I am very satisfied with their work, and their price. I would recommend their services to others.

Description of Work: Basic chimney clean. There was a bit of a mix up on the date, so they did not show the first time. Upon rescheduling though, they came on time, and did a thorough job. The price was good. I would use them again.

Description of Work: After postponing due to weather, I hadn't heard back for weeks until I reached out. They were thorough on they sweep. I inquired about some mortar repair to bricks on my home, but they weren't interested in helping with that. I would hope they reconsider.
