Description of Work: My review is mixed, mainly because the process started and ended fine, but with some kinks in between. We had the company check the state of our chimney, and agreed to do some point up and mortar work. We had purchased a voucher, which would give us a discount toward the repairs. I called a few days after the initial inspection and estimate to schedule an appointment for the work, which was needed fairly urgently. The day of our appointment came and went, and we saw no sign of anyone having been at the house to do the repairs. I called several times to ask what had happened, and they said the reps did not come out that day due to rain and that they were supposed to call us to cancel and reschedule, which they never did. The work was rescheduled for another day, and the exact same thing happened. We were so busy doing other work around the house, I honestly just let it be because I had no time to make multiple calls about the second missed appointment. Finally, a few days later, we found a receipt at the door. We never got a call for the rescheduling, but in the end the work did get done and was OK. The price was great though, so I do not wish to complain. All-in-all, I think we would use them again.
