It turned out that I didn't need the deal, as I have pellet stove that does not require the same type of service. Other than a minor miscommunication over scheduling, they were nice and courteous.

Arrived right on time. Was fast and clean. Swept out chimney and checked flue.

I have one of those 1990's prefab fireplace chimney things in my condo. After coming to clean my chimney, the guy advised me and showed me that I needed to get the back and sides replaced because of cracks. Wasn't really happy about the "$110 discount" not being applicable to this work, but the price of $350 was still acceptable. They came on time and were very careful to cover my white furniture (there had been a little oops all over my white chair on the first visit - thank god for removable slipcovers), and did the work with no problems. They didn't know that I had already paid a $100 deposit - the office could better communicate this info to their staff - but other than that, everything went well.

I called because of a duplicate purchase and was directed to Angie's List for refund.

The estimate that they gave use was less than a third of the estimated cost given to us by another service provider. We needed more work which is fine. We are going to use them because they were more professional and gave us an estimate that was much more reasonable. The other people we felt kind of ripped us off. Other than the price and since it is a chimney thing, they showed us pictures, explained what we needed all along, and took the time. They are great.

This was my second time using the company, and it was better than the last time. The company had someone out within 48 hours of my call, they did an excellent job without making a mess, and they provided me with some additional discounts since I'm a veteran which was appreciated. I can definitely notice a difference in my chimney thanks to them.

The team arrived on time, was communicative before arrival, did an outstanding job of cleaning our chimney with NO mess... Some follow-up work was done expediently. They were the utmost professionals.

They were busy when I purchased the deal as it was around the holiday time, but were flexible with scheduling. Two technicians arrived on time to the appointment. They spent around forty-five minutes on the inspection. They did good job overall.

It was okay. They were very good, they cleaned and there was no problem. They came when they said they would.

I like them, their prices were very fair. They recommended replacing it. I thought they were going to come back and put caps on the top of the chimney. I didn’t pay them for the inspection but I think they got a little busy. I think this is the chimney company I will go with, I was very impressed. He went up on the roof and had a high power flashlight. I was satisfied this; by the other companies that came out used the flashlight on their cell phon. He recommended a liner to produce more heat, I might okay that liner to feel better that no fire can escape through the walls. It was cold outside and he still explained everything.

They came and did the job, but they are telling me that I need like close to $3,000 worth of work which I am not willing to do at this time. They did the cleaning as much as they could. I guess I am happy with what they did do. I did not spend more than the $110 Big Deal purchase price. They were very courteous and it did not seem that they were here all that long. They were responsive.

It turned out well. They were pretty straight forward. It was very fair and they were very flexible. There were no hidden charges. They were pretty upfront. They were great. They did the deal, they were nice and they kept stuff clean. They vacuumed the chimney, they tossed out the firewood and they put it back there. They were very careful.

It was fine. They just came, did it quick. They came when they said they were gonna be there.

They wrote down what needed to be done. Their English was a little difficult to understand. He did take pictures but we didn’t get copies of them. It seemed like a fair price for the deal we got. But their price for the work they wanted to do was very high. I never had any chimney experience before. I would not use them because I didn't understand what it was.

Coordinating a service visit was a little challenging because of weather and the crew once scheduled, was late but did a fine job once arriving. The crew was friendly, polite and did a quick and the horough job.

I bought a $110 voucher on Dec 26, 2014 and even as I write they have not contacted me despite 3 separate emails I sent to them. There is no reason to respond to this email as I will request my refund via Angie's List. I do not want to do business with your firm. Did not show as scheduled, and ultimately went with another provider as alternate make up date that would work was over a week later and needed service done.

Seems like it was cleaned. They also told me I needed repairs to flue and chimney.

They were very professional and found cracks on the chimney. We use the fireplace all the time and have no problem. Will call them again for a chimney cleaning.

Great business to work with. Roger came by to inspect the condition of the chimneys of our new house. The cleaning I requested was not necessary and he was an authoritative source of info on various options to address some of the minor issues. His experience shows and he was more consultative and never pushy. He also gave great advice on safety, use and care. He'll be the guy I use in the future.

It went well. It was pretty easy to schedule service. They sent a crew of three and it took them a bit for the initial inspections and 5-6 hours the next day. They were very nice. I liked that we got a reasonable price for the work done and it was done in a timely manner.

Company was unable to provide services because of restrictive damper and chimney configuration.
