Description of Work: I purchased the service through Angie's List and then scheduled the appt. However, I was called the next day and told they do not come to my area. I was refunded in full. I'm sure the company is fine, but they should not have been advertised to come to Street, MD if they don't come here. Don't know if this is an Angie's List issue or the company's issue.

Description of Work: Chimney was swept.

Description of Work: Vendor showed up to do service on new hosue i bought but chimney was already celaned so they charged $75 for an inspection instead. They said to get refund for the 99 from angies list. very happy overall with angies list and these guys were professional but want a refund of one of my payments (99 or the 75)

Description of Work: I prepaid a big deal chimney cleaning. The first time I called a guy Tom me to call back another day I schedule. I called back and set a date. The date turned out to be no good for me. I called to cancel and left. Message. I never got a call back. I calls again to reschedule but it he machine again and had I leave another message. I called back again to schedule and got machine again. I left another message. Then another contractor showed up on his scheduled day to clean my air ducts. When finished he noted how dirty my fireplace was and asked if I needed chimney cleaned. I said yes. He charged me $90 and did it right then.

Description of Work: Very professional as well very friendly. We will definitely use these guys again. I had another company come in when we first bought the house to clean the chimneys and all they wanted to do was push additional repairs and work on us. Which now I am glad we did not do the other price was a huge rip off. These guys were honest and did what we needed at a good fair price for all of us. We will be calling them again to repair our other chimney later this year. Thanks Brian
