It went very well. Jose and his team did an excellent job painting all parts of the exterior of my single home from columns, stair railings, long fence and 30 window trims. They replaced tons of rotten wood from all parts of my home and window trims with long-lasting PVC too. I am very impressed by how careful and neat they did everything, very professional. Since this is an enormous project $9000, they spent a whole week at my home. They came early on time to work and started at 8 and stayed until 5, 6, and even 7 sometimes! They also cleaned up everything afterwards and left my yard spotless. They did not leave until the job was done. It's been a month since they completed the job. I look at my fence and my stair railings and window trims at times, I have a big smile on my face. The paint job looks really smooth and neat and stay on strong! I am very grateful to Jose and his team and so happy that I found a hard-working, professional team. As we all know, finding great people to do a marvelous job isn't always easy nowadays. I am so happy with the result I told Jose I would like him and his team do interior painting of my home soon too.

Jose is very professional, punctual, and most importantly does a top notch job. He responds very quickly and his pricing is fair, especially when considering the quality of work. He truly is a professional painter. Over the years I’ve had work done at different homes and business by different painters but none compare to Jose. I used jose for multiple projects in my current home and he has knocked it out of the park. The projects were difficult like cabinets and brick fireplaces but he completed to perfection. The cabinets turned out to have factory quality finish. He is a perfectionist and I really appreciate that with my home. I recommend Jose for any paint job you have. We are so happy with how our home looks thanks to Jose and his team! They painted a number of rooms and hallways in our house which all look fantastic, and we are SO pleased with how the kitchen cabinets look now that they have been painted white. Jose is super professional, responsive, and flexible. He was so patient as we changed our minds a few times on the scope of work, and he came to our house on three separate occasions to modify the quote as needed. My husband and I were both working from home for the 2 weeks of the project and they were great at communicating with us about what would be done when so that we all could accommodate one another as they worked on different sections of the house. I chose this company because they had so many positive reviews and now I’m happy to add my own. We will definitely use them again for any future projects!

I found Jose to be extremely professional, curteous, and always on time. He provided a detailed estimate within 24 hours of coming to my house to discuss the project and review what I needed done. I thought he provided a fair estimate based on the amount of preparation required to get my house ready to paint. It required scraping of old paint, sanding, priming, and apply 2 coats of paint and ended up taking 3-4 days total. Jose and his team showed up on time each day and worked diligently throughout the day, and would consult me periodically throughout the project to set expectations and to provide a status. The end result looked wonderful. My house went from looking shabby with peeling paint and rotting wood in places, to new and fresh. Looking forward to working with C&Painting again on future projects.

The crew was very careful with the newly finished floors and very accommodating and professional in addressing issues. The work was started and completed promptly. An excellent experience. Mr. Cortez and his team did an outstanding job. They are extremely professional and do great work at fair and competitive pricing. Also, unlike many contractors, he was very good at communicating throughout the project and showed up on time and was fully equiped to get the work done. I had to make some adjustments to the list of tasks and they were extremely accommodating. All and all I recommend them with no reservations.

Jose was amazingly responsive and professional throughout our interaction, from my initial request for a quote through finishing the project and payment. He let me know exactly what to expect and what to look for, and he and his team completed all of the requested painting (even when I added an additional half bath and paint color!) within 2 days. I’m extremely happy with the work that was done, and will reach out again if/when I need anything else painted. 100% would recommend!

We hired this company to paint our trim a couple of years ago and were very happy with their work plus we felt his prices was very fair. So when we needed our foundation painted, we got 3 estimates (including his) and he was the most reasonable. We hired him and his work was wonderful! He color matched the paint to a tee! We will be calling him in the future if we have any more painting jobs!

Called for estimate. Company scheduled promptly. Owner explained all work that would be done, answered all questions and said would email estimate. Estimate was received in 2 days, included labor, materials and premium paint. All paint was organic (VOC). Painting was scheduled for a few weeks later. The prep and painting took 2 days. Painters very neat and did excellent work.

Responsible and professional, period. If you are looking for a reliable and professional painter who takes responsibility for his/her jobs, Jose is your guy. He was very responsive from the beginning. We were very picky, but he was very patient and tried to address all what we asked. His team always arrived on time, which is very rare when it comes to contractors. We’re very happy with his work.

Jose and his crew were fantastic! After we contacted him, he came over promptly to see what the job would entail and, as promised, submitted an estimate in writing a few days later with the cost for the power washing listed separately from the cost for the painting. We had some adjustments that we requested (add painting the ceiling and walls of the porch/entry at the front door; add painting the panels above the garage door, do not include any window trim). In only one day he had submitted a modified estimate that was very acceptable. His estimate was quite a bit lower than all of the other estimates that we secured through Angie's List, but his company had great reviews on Angie's List, he asked questions to make sure that he knew what we wanted, he made useful suggestions, and he was very pleasant. So we decided to go with the lowest bidder. As it turned out, hiring his company was the best decision we could have made! Within 3 days he had brought someone over to do the power washing, as well as providing us paint samples/chips to review. The painting crew arrived later that week (on the day he promised), and the work was done within 3 consecutive working days. Each evening before the crew left, they picked up all the their materials, leaving only their ladders nearly stacked in our back yard near the house. Jose came each day to our house to check on the progress of the crew, sometimes coming in both the morning and the late afternoon before the crew was finished. Jose was a pleasure to work with. He was very professional and accommodating. It is also clear that Jose and his team take pride in their work and that Jose is serious about his customers being happy with the work that he and his team provide. With no question, we would hire him again.
