Numero Uno!!! Number # 1 I was blown away by the ?transformation of our home by Jose Cortez and his team of painters. It's ?been over 40 years since our house had seen paint and honestly I was just expecting ?to bring it back alive, instead it has been reborn! My wife calls it our coffee latte house because of our paint color selection, it is the care, professionalism, attitude and expertise that comes across when working with Jose. They arrived on time and went to work and all the rest, blah, blah, blah... But Jose's knowledge and experience is the key, he was able to get his team going and then leave for a short amount of time because he was confident that his guys were on the right track. And they were. As a retired veteran it was great to see a group of people working in sync to complete their mission and provide first class customer service. You can not go wrong with this company. Jose Cortez was a joy to work with. I explained exactly what I wanted, and he provided an estimate. We set a date but twice had to postpone the service due to rain. But once the rain stopped, his crew was here from early morning until night. They were so professional. They first power washed the house with a bleach cleaning solution, so it looked better than it had looked for a long time. They even washed the mildewed cement stairs - which was not part of the contract. Then, they primed all the exposed brick. Finally, they put two coats of paint on the house and garage. There was no problem with a different color trim. They painted neatly and quickly. The crew seemed comfortable with each other and with me. No disagreements, no loud music, no long lunches, just a calm, friendly working environment. The process, which he estimated at five days, took only three because he put 5 people on the job. So, they were here, are now gone, and my house is lovely. One thing I especially liked about the company is that Jose Cortez is very concerned about safety. When they were building the house next door, a worker fell off a ladder and was badly injured. I could not bear for that to happen at my house. But Jose cares about his crew. He says he is willing for the job to take longer if it means they are safe. He insists that there always be two men on a high job: one to be on the ladder, and the other to hold it. I appreciate that so much.

I called at at the last minute before Thanksgiving holiday. They came promptly and did a very professional job. I was very pleased and will use them again.

We had begun painting our house ourselves but were making only nominal progress when I saw the big deal on Angie's List. The company was willing to take over the job we'd started. We supplied the paint, and they supplied the labor. The job was scheduled quickly, and the team was here and completed the job in one day. We were very pleased with the results.

Mr. Cortez oversees each job personally. His staff are very respectful, hardworking, and attentive to all requests. They keep going all day with a short break for lunch. They cover the floors with drop cloths extremely well and tape and cover sinks, appliances and other areas with plastic to prevent any spatter. Throughout the job they were willing to accommodate all requests for attention in areas needing special care. The work took three staff three days to complete and Mr Cortez worked as well on two days. They returned promptly and without any question to touch up a few spots that needed attention (all the paint is neutral colors, making if difficult to see areas needing a touchup until the paint dries). The work is professional and Mr. Cortez provides a personal guarantee to return if any details need attention. We are terrifically happy with the work. The house looks like new and ready for sale. The original bid was very fair and past experience suggests that C&Painting is a great value. We would hire them again any time.

Painters showed up on time. Properly laid out drop cloths to protect my floors and got right to painting. I'm always worried when the deal is for "a day" whether you will get a full days work - but the two painters were efficient and hardworking throughout the day. They did an excellent job.

Estimate was delivered with out a reminder. He gave me a good deal and help me select colors for the entire house. The job was excellent, and the painters were professionals too. They delivered the service in less time that was anticipated. Throughout the process Mr. Jose works closely with me. He keeps checking in to see if I'm happy with the job so far and if there is anything I'm not happy about. His priority was my satisfaction and he took everything in consideration. Jose and his team were courteous, professional, and helpful. We had to reschedule because of the snowstorm, so he arrived within a few minutes of his promised time and got to work immediately. He kept me updated on what they were doing and when he had to leave quickly for some additional supplies. He and his two-person team did a great job painting, and an AWESOME job patching and sanding the crazy cracks in my ancient plaster ceiling. They went beyond the amount of time I purchased, due to the number of rooms and the ceiling work, so I paid him the additional cost directly. It wasn't cheap, but he gave me the estimate before they started so I knew what to expect. This was my first Angie's List purchase and I'm happy it went so well. I'd definitely call Jose again or recommend his services.

Perfect. Jose was professional and a gentleman. He also is the business owner and foreman on the job. The work included sanding, repair of all defects in walls, ceilings, and trim, priming, and applying two coats of paint. Jose and his crew showed on time as promised and the job took 3 days as he predicted.The painting was flawless. I visited every day and Jose always wanted my opinion and my assurance that I was satisfied with the work and progress. Jose made sure that every member in the crew ( 3 other painters) were doing quality work. My satisfaction was very important to him. I wish evryone I do business with provided the quality, service, and customer concern that Jose does. Obviously, I would recommend that if you ever need to hire a painting company, include considering C Painting and I predict they will be your choice and will write a glowing review as I have.

Mr. Cortez was very responsive when I purchased the Angies List coupon and was able to get to my job within a week of purchasing the coupon. He came by my house to assess the job two days after purchasing the coupon. He arrived on time for both the assessment and to perform the work. The paint work was thorough and the clean up afterword was immaculate. I would definitely hire C & Painting again.

He arrived with 2 helpers and they worked efficiently to finish the job on time and cleaned up well after they were done. Front/back of home look like new again. We'll definitely use him again.

They did a wonderful job and was so accommodating when I had to change the date of service several times due to everchanging close date on my new home. The team was professional and I found the owner to be very honest. I would recommend this company without hesitation.

Jose came out one evening to look at the job and we set up an appointment. On that day, he and his partner arrived promptly with primer and the paint I had selected. First they cleaned the area, then they painted one coat of primer and two coats of paint on my master bedroom walls. They also painted the baseboards and window sill. The work was completed in four hours, and they did a beautiful job! I will call C&P Painting LLC for all my painting needs in the future.

Jose was very professional, as well as nice and easy to talk to. They came early in the morning, worked all day and did a terrific job. They even touched up some exterior paint and didn't charge me extra. The price I paid Jose was less than half of other estimates I received for the same work, including oil based primer.

They did an excellent job of making sure everything was taped off, and making sure all the furniture was covered, because they also did the walls and the ceilings. They were very conscientious, and cleaned up after themselves. They were just excellent.

Excellent painting work at a competitive price that involved some minor carpentry repair work on my rental house. Jose was very professional as well as his team throughout the process. We bought their service for 2 full days before we moved in. It went very well. All people Jose brought work hard from 8-5. They are detail oriented and experienced. We are satisfied with the end results. Jose was even nice enough to offer a one-person full day service after we moved in for touch up work. We will definitely hire them back for more work if needed.

Excellent professional painting and minor drywall and carpentry work performed for a three level rental house. Jose and his team did a quality, professional job for a reasonable price . From the initial call to get a estimate and thru the project, Jose was always polite and available to discuss the progress. They were flexible with my other contractors working on the rental property sometimes at the same time. The great quality of work on the interior made it easy to hire them to paint the exterior of the house too! I would highly recommend Jose and his team. His company is a great gem amongst the other painting contractors!

The trim around my chimney needed to be painted, and it is easily 4 stories off the ground. Not only did they agree to do it, but they needed to come back with a way to put two of their ladders together in order to get it done. Communication was good, and the service was performed on time and well. I would use them again.
