Terrible. They made lots of mistakes throughout the job but, even worse, they lied about fixing their mistakes. They definitely don’t stand behind their work. They damaged a $1200 shower door on the install, and left it crooked so water leaks out. They said they fixed the problem twice, but only masked it (temporarily). Melina AND Jose told me multiple times they would fix the shower, but they never did. Then, while fixing caulking they messed up, they GOUGED the brand new ($1000) tub that they installed. They also installed crown moulding EXTREMELY crooked. All of these things assured me they would fix. Then they completely stopped responding to me. The last word I got from Melina was that they refused to come back out to the house, because my wife, in hysterics after having a complete emotional breakdown over the ruined tub, used the “S” word in a text. This was WELL after ALL of their mistakes, and after they assured us time and again they would correct their mistakes. This is not a reputable company. Jose lied to me MULTIPLE times, to my face and over text (kept all of them), and Melina is extremely immature and unprofessional.

I can’t say enough how grateful I am to have worked with Caly Floors & Services LLC. I received many estimates from various business who offered little more than pipe dreams. A few had even been condescending with their assessment of what I should’ve accepted. I knew right away that I would choose this company when Jose came to the house, collected his measurements, and stated clearly what they would do to restore the previously damaged hardwood floors on the main level of my townhome. Their prices not only fit perfectly into my budget, but the quality of their work was second to none. Since I was under a deadline, they were able to accomplish the job more than on time, and without hesitation they came back to fix identified areas that needed better coverage of the gloss finish. The entire team was extremely professional and trustworthy, I felt comfortable leaving the home during the day to run errands as needed. The end result was beyond magnificent. I’m definitely going to use their services again to refinish the stairs.

Jose and the guys are awesome, we couldnt be happier with the work they did. I am definitely going to use Jose again for more work around the house. They went way beyond what we were quoted doing little fixes on stuff that I have been putting off. Highest recommendation.

The Caly Floors representative came to my house to perform an estimate. He examined the work I needed done and looked right in my face and said he would email an estimate to me to do the work. I asked him if he had my email address and phone number so that he could submit the estimate and he said yes, he had my information. Yet, he left my home and still has not sent me an estimate. Very "unprofessional" and totally wasted my time! No way I'd hire a contractor like that who is not reliable and wastes my time...

Jose, Melina, and Carlos were all amazing. They did an excellent job on my floors. My wife and I bought an as-is property, where our wood floors were in horrible condition. They came in and made them brand new! If I could give them more than 5 stars I would; we ran into a situation with Covid-19 where the baseboards I asked them to install were out of supply. Jose and Melina brought it to my attention right away and found a solution to get even better baseboards and shoe molding installed right away and on time! You know it is a good sign of a company when they both do an excellent job, and when an issue pops up (no fault of their own) they find a solution and fix it!

They were great. Jose and Elmer were brothers, Jose was responsible for the pricing. The workers were really good. I would recommend them to anybody.
