+ -1 moreThe company made an appointment to clean the carpets and hallways on 8/1/13. They didn't show and didn't call to reschedule. I've left three messages on their answering machine with my phone number to please call. They have not returned my call. Home calls are forwarded to my cell. They haven't called. Even after being contacted by groupon they refuse to call me back. This doesn't care about its reputation or respond to customers.
Description of Work: Was supposed to clean carpets in three rooms and a hallway.
