+ -1 moreEvery single time Bob Borchers or another gentleman who, unfortunately, no longer works for the company due to his relocation, came to our home to make repairs, we were exceedingly pleased with their professionalism and punctuality, the quality of their work, their problem solving ability and knowledge of the subject matter, their candor and ability to explain the the problem to us in layman's terms, and their honesty. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same for the other employees we've had here in the past.
Description of Work: New AC installed. AC & Heating cleaning and maintenance. Water leak in the basement at the main shut off & water leak to the basement from a bathroom on the 1st floor. A means to add our heating system to our portable generator during the winter. Hot water heater installation.

Description of Work: Contacted through website late one evening and received a call back first thing in the morning. They came to my home and fixed the HVAC issue before noon. Great contact about when the repairmen would arrive.

+ -1 moreI have used them quite a bit. They are very nice and competent people to deal with. Sometimes I feel some of their prices are very average. Over all I think they are an excellent company, and maybe the prices are standard. You sometimes have to wait a few days when you have a problem and they are busy. I trust them in terms of the quality of work that they do. If you have an emergency, they will give you priority. They don't give you a specific time, they tell you if they will be there in the morning or afternoon.
Description of Work: I used Borchers Mechanical Services Inc. I have a swimming pool, and I have a well, and the well keeps on losing power, and so I have to call them for that. They redid the plumbing in my bathroom 2 years ago.

+ -1 moreThey were able to diagnose a problem with a roof unit that for 4 years had been malfunctioning. I had spent over 10,000.00 with several other companies that were unable to solve the problem It took a couple of trips, but unit has worked well considering its age.

Description of Work: Called BMS on May 15 and they managed to work me in on May 16 to recharge my air conditioning system. They showed up when they said and had the work done within 30 minutes.
