They stand by their work and I am very satisfied. I have been using BMC Clower for maybe 10 years and have always been impressed with their skill and integrity. I decided to have a maintenance contract and they are very helpful in keeping things running so I feel very confident about the state of my heating and air conditioning. One particular aspect of their work that is very important to me is that they explain everything and treat me like I am able to understand (rather than some service providers I have encountered who are a bit disrespectful of a woman's ability to follow technical information.)

Went extremely well. They were very helpful in estimating costs and laying out choices . They worked extremely well and I was very satisfied. They have done seasonal checks on air conditioning and heating as well , and I was very satisfied. Their office staff is excellent too.

John, the owner, called us and tried to walk us through it over the phone. That did not work. He sent a tech who figured out that it was a Washington Gas issue. We called Washington Gas who sent a rep out and confirmed an "outside" issue and they fixed it. BMC Clower was responsive and good. We have used them for years and will continue.

We got 3 estimates from different companies and they were the lowest and also most professional. They came recommended from friends and did not disappoint. Have come twice since to do seasonal maintenance, though our system was still working perfectly.

The two-man installation team did a great job -- very thorough, very responsive to my questions, very professional. They worked hard and in the cold from 8 to 6 in the evening to get the job completed despite a few obstacles. I couldn't have been more impressed.

He looked professional and reliable. Unhappily, I have never received any estimate, despite having called 3 times and speaking with a very polite assistant who were unable to give me the reason for her boss's silence. This was complete waste of time for everybody.

Two HVAC units were serviced. One is an air conditioner. The other is a heat pump. The technician performed diagnostic tests on the heat pump and identified a faulty circuit board as well as 2 or 3 capacitors. He replaced all the faulty parts and replenished the refrigerants in both units. I am very satisfied with the service.

They supplied some hard to come by filters for my system. They were very responsive, friendly and accommodating. I would use them again for supplies and this experience has encouraged me to use them for service as well. I have not done that yet.

BMC Clower Heating and A/C provided exceptional support and answered all my questions as we discussed options to replace an old HVAC system and replace it with a new one. We decided not to replace the system based on the advice given by John from BMC. His honesty and professionalism can be summed up by what he said at the end of our conversation: "I would love to sell you a new system and make some money for our business, but lets wait til you are working on your other renovations... No point in doing work twice and wasting your money." Will definitely call BMC Clower for all our future heating and A/C needs.

John was extremely knowledgable about various systems. He fully explained all the options and did not try to oversell me on a unit. He was punctual and arrived when he said he would. The guys who actually did the installation were also were knowledgeable and very professional. I would certainly use BMC/Clower again!

The owner came to the house and went over all the options for heat pumps and pricing. He was very thorough and suggested a heat pump that would meet the size of our house. His office called to schedule the installation and worked with our schedule. So many placed won't work around customers schedule but they will. The installation and duct work were cleaned in one day. Hardly any down time. All in all they were great to work with and I have recommended them to many neighbors and friends.

I have been using BMC/Clower for several years after going through several other HVAC companies. Have always been pleased with quality and timeliness of service. Recent service had to do with my water heater not working. W/O going into to much detail, the hot water heater is integrated with the furnace, so it wasn't as easy as a swap out. The company came out on the day of the call to diagnose the problem. Got a visit from the owner the next day to discuss options. They came the next and replaced the system. Technicians were courteous and worked diligently and neatly.

The owner, John, and his associate, Joe, are great to work with. They are very responsive and listen to my needs well. They think things through and they do not over sell. There is usually one technician that comes out for the tune ups and it takes about an hour to complete the work. They deal with older systems well. There is little to no wait when it come to scheduling. I can really rely on them and trust them. The receptionist is very knowledgeable and reliable as well.

I was happy with their service. There were two technicans that came out as well as the owner and it took 6 hours to complete the work. They cleaned up well after themselves and followed up to make sure everything was working nicely.

They come on time for the appointment and they are able to come out the same day we call them. Their service is great and their technicians are polite. 1-2 technicians come out and it takes about an hour or two to complete the work. Their prices are reasonable.

arrived on time and cleaned up afterward. A month or so later was no air coming from the vents. Called the office and Sarah had someone out the next am. Turned out the blower motor (also 20+ years) had died. Another $500 but I guess we're good for another 20 years. Have already recommended them to other folks

I called about 4 or 5 Angie's list five star HVAC companies to come out and bid on the job. My old furnace had a rusted out blower, and my old AC unit barely kept the house at 85 degrees when it was 90 degrees outside. BMC Clower were prompt with their estimate (even at the beginning of AC season), and their estimate fell right in the middle of the ones that I received. I spoke with the estimator, and told them that I wanted a quality brand, and they provided Carrier - just what I wanted. We agreed upon $7400 to replace the old units, move the ventilation outside, and install a humidifier for the furnace. I have a difficult travel schedule, and they were EXTREMELY flexible about working with my ability to be around for the work. After agreeing upon the date for the work, their installers were at my house exactly when they said they would be. I was told that it would take about a day and a half to do the work, and that is exactly how long the work took. The gentlemen who installed the system were extremely careful not to damage any of the flooring inside when they needed access to the area where the inside units would be housed. They were also very polite and cleaned up completely after themselves each day. I absolutely could not be happier with the service that I received from BMC Clower!! I would expect that if there are any issues with any part of the system, they will be just as responsive and polite if I were to call. The AC unit has been in the house now for about 2 months. My wife and I immediately noticed a difference! We can now set the temperature at a comfortable level even on the hottest days, and the Carrier unit pulls it off without hesitation. Our electric bills have remained about the same, but the old unit was also a high efficiency unit, and we're paying the same money to have a comfortable house, not a sweltering house. I give these guys a 100% recommendation!!

I like them. They showed up very quickly. The gentleman who came was quick, knowledgeable and pleasant. He knew immediately what it was. He was definitely good.
