About us

Our team of qualified heating and air conditioning professionals receive excellent training and possess the latest cutting-edge industry knowledge. This expertise is what allows B.M.C./Clower to provide our customers with exceptional and timely service. We have been servicing the DC Metro area since 1999. We are authorized dealers of Lennox and Carrier equipment and have maintenance and service agreements available. We service all major brands of HVAC equipment and do not use sub-contractors to perform our installations. We also fabricate all duct work in house and our trucks are equipped with metal manufacturing equipment. Financing is available for new installations. Our diagnostic service rate is $98. After our initial diagnostic, we will be able to provide a flat rate price that includes all parts and labor needed to perform any necessary repairs.

Description of Work: Installed a new Carrier HVAC system. They were professional and courteous. Spoke with them in January, but they suggested we wait until Spring when Carrier might offer rebates. That saved us about $1500. | |We also had a programmable thermostat installed. All work was done on time and professionally. | |We have had seasonal service done by BMC and that has been up to the same standard. They are available for appointments, Are punctual explain everything well. | |I recommend them

Description of Work: I requested an estimate to convert oil-fired hot water heating system to gas-firing. Provider replied they were no longer doing such work. I'm not sure if that is the provider's foul-up or Angie's, but it sure wasn't any help.

Overall a job well done!
Description of Work: John Clower was a pleasure to work with. His company replaced our compressor and blower with new Lennox equipment that on the few hot days we have had this year has run very well. He had the best price, best service, and included replacing the coolant piping since we were upgrading to a new type of coolant with the new system instead of flushing out the lines like everyone else.

Description of Work: After our air conditioner stopped working, BMC agreed to come out sooner than any other company we contacted. They cleaned the unit, refilled the coolant, and replaced a component. The repairman also advised us on how to extend the life of the unit by moving it to another location. The entire visit took an hour and a half.
