Description of Work: I had a 20 year old well pump at 140 feet replaced with a new Gould 1/2 horsepower well pump. I also had all piping, wiring, standoff clips and an extra check valve installed on top the pump, as well as stainless steel adapters for pump. The tank pressure switch was also replaced. While the extra items increased the cost somewhat they were well worth the increase since the old items were at least 20 years old. Mr Gartrell and his son Ben showed up at my house at 8am on 9/10/2014 and finished a little after 11am on the same day. They did a great job and I am thoroughly pleased with their work. I will use them again.

Description of Work: My family has used Gartrell for about 20 years, based on a Consumer Reports recommendation. The Gartrell Brothers are top-notch. They are responsive to calls, punctual and highly competent. They've replaced frozen pipes, replaced old pipes, unclogged drains, replaced the hot water heater, fixed the washing machine. In other words, they've handled every plumbing problem in a timely manner and for a reasonable price. I can't say enough good things about them. |

He arrived exactly when he said he would, and stuck with the job until he finished, even though I forgot to tell him I had a pedestal sink, which required special connections. He did a great job installing the sink and was able to overcome problems with the tile and the wall. Cleaned up after. Highly recommend this company. Job 2, as expected, Warren was on time, expedient, efficient, and did great work at a reasonable price. He always goes the extra mile if there is any problem with the job.
Description of Work: Job 1, Installed new toilet and pedestal sink. Job 2 replaced two exterior faucets.
