My former supervisor had found Mr. Keeler when she was selling her house. She had raved on and on about how thorough he was. She was soooo right!!! I had purchased a new home the year before and needed to get together a list for warranty issues that needed to be resolved. I contacted Brian, I went for the big package, report with unlimited photos. He went over my entire house (inside and out) and inspected every single corner, while finding things I had not noticed in my house. He was at my residence for over 9 hours! He is a true professional with a wealth of knowledge! His report was beyond thorough! He included many suggestions, along with issues that needed to be resolved. I have made many of them that I could. However, I am still waiting on the builder. :>( He has also been responsive on follow-up questions since the inspection. I recommend him to everyone that I know is purchasing a home or is due for a warranty list to the builder. Keep up the awesome customer service, Brian!!

The owner Brian Keeler patiently went over the entire property with us, and identified all items in need of repair. He gave us excellent advice on how to address items requiring attention and was open to any question we had on maintenance and potential improvements. He has also been responsive on follow-up questions months after the inspection. He took a lot of the stress out of that aspect of the home purchase, and we recommend him highly.
