For us we started by calling 4 recommended house cleaning companies to get estimates. The large companies seemed to be a bit more expensive $350-$450, but were all insured and bonded and had 2 or more people that they said would be able to clean our place within a week of the estimate. The other smaller businesses were less expensive, with estimates for cleaning a 5300 sq ft. 4bdrm 3 bath house with prices ranging from $220- $350 for once a month cleaning, they also all came by to give an estimate, which I appreciated. One thing I found they usually go down in price if you state you would like cleaning every 2/3 weeks. With two kids and a dog and jobs that have imperfect hours we really don't have the energy or will to do the major clean once a month. We decided on Askapro as I was completely impressed with Kebe's (the owner) professionalism and her attention to detail when she came to have a look of the house. She was also insured and bonded which was important to both my husband and myself. I liked the fact that she assured me it would always be the same people, who cleaned and she would be there to clean and supervise and would get to know us and our house (as to where things were placed and how I like things to look). The 1st cleaning was to be a deep clean that lasted about 6hrs. The cost was $250 and then every 3/4-wks after for $220. Kebe did ask me if I wanted to provide my own supplies but that she normally brings her own. I had her bring her own but asked her to use my vacuum. I really appreciate how kind and honest of a person she is. An unforeseen benefit was our older son actually taking some initiative to organize his room and and quot;stuff.and quot;. Seeing Kebe and her staff working non-stop with no break the entire time did light some type of drive in him:). I asked her if she wanted to stop and eat for lunch and she said no, and continued to work. She is a very hard worker and I loved that She also organized things that I had tossed aside. She made everything look neat and contained and the house never looked as great. We have just been thoroughly impressed and blown away with the results. We feel very safe in our high recommendation of Kebe and her company. I really wish everyone else had this same level of attention to detail.

Great cleaning job! Beke came with two staff and cleaned our place top to bottom. We have a three floor home with kids so it was a little cluttered to say the least. I have always been sensitive to dust and chemicals and they did a great job getting under all the items that have dust and cleaning products that weren't harsh. Unbelievable job with the bathrooms and kitchen as well. Everything had a nice brightness to it after they finished. They took about 5 hours to finish everything. We appreciated that they gave us a 10% discount as first timers and will use them again next month.
