Went well.

It went very well.

Rajiv Arora arrived to our house at the proposed time. We went through our existing bathroom design and he made measurements. We started to discuss what we wanted in a new bathroom layout. He quickly drew up a new plan on the computer and came up with some changes we hadn't thought of. He gave us copies of the design and after he left we realized that on the drawing he had the wrong dimensions for our tub. We emailed him and he responded back with the correct drawings. However, with this change to the tub size we didn't like the layout of the complete bathroom. We again emailed him about making further changes to the drawing but have not received any replies for 5 days. We emailed again and no response. So, we basically never received a bathroom design that we could use.

Rajiv is obviously experienced and knowledgeable. He takes pride in his work, and his ability to find solutions. We haven't decided yet if we can afford to have the work done -- what we need is twice what I was hoping for -- but if we can find the dollars we will likely have his company do the work.

The entire job took four days, including Saturday and Sunday. I wasn't expecting the weekend work but that's fine. They were extremely professional and did a great job. The new shower looks great, and I would definitely use them for future projects.

Rajiv was great. He came up with a design that works with a somewhat complicated kitchen. He was very honest and forthcoming with issues with what I had hoped for for the bathroom. I appreciated having the information upfront versus getting my hopes up and running to an issue down the road.

Very well. He was on time, very helpful and knowledgeable without being pushy. He answered all my questions patiently.

It was done perfectly. I'll highly recommend them to everyone. I got the bath and kitchen items from them in a wholesale rate and quality was also great.

We had two baths completely remodeled. From our designer, Rajiv to the project manager, Pankaj and all the craftsmen on the job we couldn't be happier. The whole job from start to finish was completed on time, quality work from the techs as well as the materials. Like most construction jobs there is always a glitch or 2 but everything was taken care of in a timely manner so as not to slow down the process. Their scheduling was awesome, we knew ahead of time what they were working on and who was showing up and stuck to it 90% of the time. I will highly recommend them to everyone.

Out of all the contractors I met, Rajiv was by far the best. Here is why. He didn't push me nor try to sell me any high end finishes. Instead, he just focused on the details of the scope of work. He was so detailed that his has mentioned something I didn't even consider before. I love her professionalism. Thanks to all the staff who worked perfectly at my home.

Rajiv stayed on budget and on time. There were minor snags that he resolved in collaboration with us (inside shelf of cabinet had to be adjusted to fit with rerouted ducting). He did a beautiful job installing the custom cabinets, quartzite countertops and Thermador appliances. We were thrilled to move back into our new space within 10 weeks!

Couldn't be happier. Time frame and price was excellent. Had lots of estamates. They gave us the best price. Will use them again.

Rajiv designed our kitchen. We ran into some issues that we did not anticipate, but we were not surprised since the house is older and previous remodels were not done to code. All changes (electrical, plumbing, architectural, etc.) are now to code

Kitchen looks great and I would highly recommend them to anyone....actually my sister in Damascus was so impressed with our Kitchen, She is looking to have hers redone by them also.
