Arora Remodeling

My wife and I selected Arora Remodeling to do a complete remodeling of our home after we had a major flood throughout our home. The damaged was on all three floors. The work involved knocking down some drywalls and replacing hard wood floors on all three floors. Removing, designing, and installing vanities on master bathroom and kids’ bathroom. Adding seamless shower glass panel installation and tiles in the master bathroom. Removing existing cabinets from the main kitchen, designing, and installing off set beautiful kitchen cabinets. Removing granites from kitchen cabinets and replacing them with quartz countertops and installing a farmhouse sink. Addition to that they also installed us few pendant lights above our kitchen island and many recessed lights. They also added vent duct behind the wall for our kitchen microwave hood. They also painted the whole house. I am very satisfied with the results and I would have been happy with the time it took to finish the project if it weren’t for the unfortunate event of Covid-19 delay. One other thing I loved about Arora Remodeling was, they were always upfront of the costs of the different project and there were no surprises in the cost once the project is signed and started. I also love the contract in bulk system they have. The more you do the more you save. Regarding communication with Arora Remodeling, If you want to reach Rajiv just pick up your phone and call him, he will pick up his phone in the first ring. But he is not the email and text quick respond type of guy. But good thing was he has Ruby an amazing communicator who will get back to you quick and set up an appointment with Rajiv ASAP. Also one thing I loved about Arora Remodeling was I have direct contact to his amazing workers especially to Lucio to check on updates and for a quick visit of the project site. Overall, I love what they did in our new kitchen, master bathroom, living room, dining room, family room and our basement. Arora Remodeling also did a great job of waterproofing my patio. Giving me an additional relaxing space under my deck during rain or a sunny day.

The service was done as identified in the scope of work. My wife and I were extremely pleased with the outcome of the work. My family and friends were impressed by how the remodel turned out. Each one are very interested in reaching out to Arora Remodeling for their upcoming projects.

Our kitchen was renovated very efficiently, and the guys from the company were very accommodating and friendly. They were also capable of handling all types of work, not just the cabinet installation. Our family was pleased with their communication and professionalism and, more importantly, our new kitchen looked very nice!

My husband and I selected Arora Remodeling to do a complete remodeling of our old kitchen and living room. We are very satisfied with the results and the time in it was finished. From the beginning they help us planning and designing our kitchen and was available to us to go with us to the showroom to pick countertop and flooring. One of the most important parts of our remodeling project was not exceding our budget. They were always upfornt of the costs of the different features of our new kitchen and there were no surprises in the cost once the project started. One of the most important part of this remodeling process was the constant communication I had with their team. The work took a couple of days and the complete project took 3 weeks, just on schedule!. There were some details that they handled very promptly to make my kitchen and living room perfect. We love our new kitchen and living room now and will be using this company in future too.

We hired Arora Remodeling for a floor to ceiling kitchen remodel. Everything was done professionally and timely. We were constantly updated, almost daily, with the progress and we were asked about options when available. We added several items with minimal additional cost. The pricing was very fair and upfront. We are extremely satisfied with the work and everyone that has seen it has been very impressed.

The new kitchen looks great and knocking down one wall opens the kitchen making the space look so much bigger now. New soft close cabinets are great and all the colors go together very well. Very satisfied with the results.

Not only was their work absolutely beautiful; Not only did they finish in 24 hrs of all the supplies being bought, they took their time and went above and beyond. They did the little things so very well. Rajiv and his team not only did what was asked, they also did other little jobs like patch a hole under my sink with dry wall for no additional cost. AMAZING! The work done for our home is excellent. The associates/employees who did the work at our new home were courteous, kind, understanding, careful with all of the resources, and supplies used for every part of the remodeling work in the house. They were professional, and did the work in a very timely order. The trash removal was done very effectively and efficiently for all of the old carpets, flooring, backboards and they were patient to listen to our concerns, needs, suggestions, and ideas. The entire kitchen remodeling is done above and beyond our expectations with utmost care, expertise, design, and is impressive to all who visited our home during the house-warming get-together. The cost of the work done may sound exorbitant and way over-board, but, to have the entire ground floor which is inclusive of two bed-rooms, one Hall, two Dining rooms and entire kitchen - as an entire new home feels worth it for us, in other words - less than the cost of a new SUV - which we were initially planning on getting into. We had half of the money and the rest we were given the good deal to pay-up monthly installments to have the complete work done at one go. We are very appreciative of this arrangement made available for us to have the home improvement and additions all completed at one go and we could move on with complete satisfaction and a very impressive qualitative finishing to every aspect of the work done. We definitely recommend Arora Remodeling for all the good work done.

Arora Remodeling did an excellent job from start to finish remodeling my kitchen. Rajiv, the owner of Arora Remodeling assisted me in the design. He actually advised me to limit my remodeling to a less expensive, but very beautiful, design when I told him I planned to move in a year or so. This helped me keep expenses down so that I could upgrade other parts of my home. The men who did the work were courteous and sensitive to my questions. The quality of their work was consistently exceptional. The same crew came day after day so they were able to keep me advised as to what they planned to do each day. My remodeled kitchen was completed in just slightly over 3 weeks.

Before Contacting Arora Remodeling, I did months of research in Selecting the professional. Below are some which I requested for Visit and quote: Major Named Contractors whose newspaper/ad pamphlets comes in the mail every day with coupons: Price: 4 times what, Arora Remodeling coated me. Time: 2-3 months to finish the project. (3 weeks to get the material). Lots of promise for 5-10 years of warranty on parts (Note: Still must pay for Labor). National contractors Price: 3 times Time: 2-3 months Some contractors cannot do electrical, gas, wall changes. they need to call multiple contractors (increasing my cost). With Arora Remodeling the price was fair, good quality work. The project was completed before time (4 weeks was committed), took 3 weeks to complete. Things I like working with them: • Clear communication. • Detailed Pricing and helped to understand all risks and provided suggestions as needed. • Quality work and cleaned after finished. • They always have the material in stock, so they can start the very next day of the contract being active. What were my projects? helped me with all house Electric work, Renovated Kitchen Completely (Changed Electric to gas), renovated Bathroom - All Completed in 3 weeks. Arora did a complete remodeling of my kitchen which included removing the popcorn ceiling, painting, designed a new layout for the kitchen with additional cabinets and repositioning of the refrigerator, added new flooring and new granite countertops, installed new ceiling lights, hooked up all the appliances and replaced the garbage disposal and faucets. Lucio did a great job and I am very happy with my kitchen. There were some minor items that were overlooked after I made the full payment. But they responded immediately and fixed them. The cost for the entire project was quite reasonable..

It went very well, they where pleasant to work with always on time did a very good job, most certain recommend them and most certainly will use them again. You not go wrong with this company.
