AMK Plumbing

This was an awful experience. The plumber look at both toilets and the sink. The sink needed a new stopper, one toilet shoots water when flushed, and the other toilet the handle is loose. After his review of the work, the plumber said he would charge me $300 for one toilet, $300 for the second toilet and then $250 for the stopper for the bathroom sink. I informed him that was over $800 for minor repairs for a rental property. He then said we can negotiate. He said I can do the toilets and the sink for $500. I said no that's ok, I will find someone else. He said ok I'll do everything for $75 each. At this point, I said just leave I am not interested. I will find someone else to complete the work. I couldn't remember the name of this company so I asked for his business card. He gave me his business card but it does not say AMK plumbing. It says Winning Squirrels Plumbing LLC. Also there is no physical address on the card. Unfortunately I do not recommend

Showed up on time and fixed the drain issue as expected. Very nice guy and have sophisticated equipment for doing the job. His equipment are more modern than what I have seen from other plumbers. Would definitely hire again.
