American Twin Mover

I can not believe how careless and of no regard of my property. They sent two guys out and 1 guy was great and was very easy to deal with and the other guy could not care less if he broke stuff or not. I had most of my stuff in boxes or plastic crates and one of the guys put 3 boxes/crates on a hand cart and would bounce my stuff down each stair. He did not car if he broke stuff or not. I could hear my dishes moving around and hitting each other. I should of said something but I was happy to have someone to help me move into my new townhouse. Also, I had a king size bed which had these little pieces of wood to support the mattress and the one guy broke off three of them on one and one on the other. Now I have to take the mattress off and cut the wood pieces and find a foot pieces and a nut to supoort my bed. I used one from the other slates and one was left on the missing support piece of wood. I asked them where were the support pieces were and they told me that it must of fallen off at the apartment. I went back there and there were none in sight. Another thing was that the dishes they or he broke were not in the crate. He threw them out so that I would not see that they have broken them. These dishes could of been packed better but after he heard the dished making noises as he was bouncing the hand cart down the stairs he should of gone down the stairs softer. I can't replace these dishes because they are almost one of a kind and hand crafted. I have to now go buy a whole new set of dishes. That is expensive! Same guy when they moved my headboard in the new house they hit the chandelier and I looked at his face and his expression to the other mover was who cares and he keeps on hitting and dragging the headboard so when they got past that the chandelier was rocking back and forth excessively. The people in the office/owners are very polite and I did not like writing this review because its not the office/owners who caused the problems.
