This company does not care about customers-period. I tried to schedule a service for the better part of a month, and the company (Daniel) kept putting me off, claiming he was busy with one job or another, the weather was bad, he had other things to do...you name it. He used virtually every excuse in the book. I was willing to give him the benefit of the doubt and believe he was busy with other jobs, but one week he put me off until Saturday, simply didn't show up, and then promised he would come on Sunday, claiming whatever time was good with me would work. The next day (Sunday), he simply did not show up. He called me in the morning, did not leave a message, and when I tried to call him 5 times to return his call (yes, five times), he did not answer. I continued to text him, and he replied hours later that he was in New Jersey. This is all after, of course, he promised to show up at noon that day. I challenged him saying that he had made a promise to a customer, and he said "being at the beach beats looking at stumps by far, sorry dude". I then told him I would be giving him negative reviews online, so which he simply replied "hahaha". It is obvious this company does not respect its customers. I urge all potential clients to look elsewhere for their landscape services, as American Arborists Tree Services treatment of its customers is abhorrent and children have better time management skills than these alleged "professionals". Normally with these reviews the actually truth is somewhere in the middle, with the reviewer giving a bad review and the company potentially pushing back. This is not the case here...there simply is no middle ground, and I was even willing to give them the benefit of the doubt in the beginning. My mistake...they obviously took advantage of it. Use another company, ANY OTHER COMPANY, for your tree trimming/removal needs. You WILL REGRET IT IF YOU GO WITH AMERICAN ARBORISTS TREE SERVICE.
