Booked Gutter Cleaning , Took our payment , Failed to show up or call , Refuses to return money or provide service. Compant is unlicensed and not registered to do business in Maryland.

They scheduled gutter cleaning with me for one evening between 4 and 6. I called at 5 to confirm and was told they were coming. They never showed up and made no contact with me. I called at 7 and offered to reschedule and was told that they were still coming that evening. I pointed out that it was getting dark and was told that they were on their way. They never showed up and the company never called me. Finally, I called the next afternoon and the woman answering the phone said that the technician never notified her that he had not done the work. She rescheduled the work for yesterday between 3 and 5. Again, nobody showed or called me to explain. I purchased a voucher for this work from Living Social and I believe they have not been honest with me and are not intending to honor the voucher. Now, I have the aggravation of trying to get a refund from Living Social. I would strongly recommend against doing business with these folks.
