Nadia and Meghan were amazing to work with. They listened to me, responded with great ideas, and kept revising them per our discussions to arrive at the the best design. I have a small arts and crafts bungalow and they respected my desire to maintain the character of the home in the kitchen design. They helped me select all the materials, fixtures, appliances. I couldn't have asked for better partners in the process.

It went very smoothly. Nadia and her staff were fun to work with; her design choices were right on. We also enjoyed working with Richard to select a countertop material. When the cost seemed to be rising more than we had anticipated, Nadia and Megan worked with us to prioritize our choices so that we could gain more control over the costs and keep them within our budget. The few glitches that arose were addressed quickly and successfully.

When the material arrived, our two designers were on -site to test fit placement of our kitchen island where we made a 4and quot; modification to allow more space between the oven and the island. You'd be surprised what a difference a small adjustment like that can make. We wanted a series of glass doors on our cabinets which extended to the ceiling and matching crown mold delivered and manufactured with the cabinetry and saved some money with their help by just making the bottom panel of the upper cabinets a solid panel and the top panel glass. No-one ever thinks that there and quot;shouldand quot; be an extra door on top. Matching touch up paint was supplied by Wood Mode in coordination with Aiden. The scratches that the contractor couldn't help but make in installation were covered and we still couldn't tell you where they were. Two things happened outside Aiden's control and I think if you're renovating you should be prepared for stuff like this in any case: (1) a corner strut on a lower cabinet back top was not screwed in properly, was cracked and glue had dripped inside the cabinet - it got sent back and re-manufactured (took two weeks, orginal manufacture time was 5 weeks), and (2) two 3/4and quot; blank panels next to a 60and quot; stove and flanked by 2 - 7and quot; spice racks with two cabinets to the left, a 3/4and quot; blank panel and a french door refrigerator - flanked on the other side by a step down put us over measurement by 1/2and quot;. I'm pretty sure it was the contractor's faulty measurement. Aiden had the panel remanufactured to a 1/8and quot; thickness and we were done. Follow-thru, talent, professionalism, and responsiveness are key for anyone working for you in a renovation but that's not enough if the homeowner doesn't evoke equal respect. If you're a normal person, and understand reality, you'll have a great experience with Aiden - they are the real thing.

Everything was perfect. They did exactly what they said. They were courteous, professional, and finished on time.

We are very pleased with the cabinets. There was only one little problem with the way the grain looked on one of the doors, and Aiden came out very promptly to take care of it. This is a company that was referred by our architect, and he also conducts his business in the same professional fashion. We have been in very good hands throughout this entire project.
