My girlfriend and I live in a neighborhood that recently experienced an increase in theft, break-ins, and loitering from people who don't live here. Our car was broken into a month ago (luckily nothing was stolen since we don't leave anything valuable inside). Still, we were shook. And as it was, we had already planned on renting a car for a vacation we had already paid for that was coming up. And I really didn't want to spend my vacation thinking about what could happen while we were gone. I called a bunch of home security companies to see about getting cameras. Most of them didn't give me that "expert" vibe. It was like they were mostly impersonal sales reps or overseas call center workers. Not once did any of these other companies make me feel like I was listened to or given a chance to describe in detail what we wanted. Finally I called this company, and Paola picked up. I told her what happened, what we were looking for, and asked her what options I had. We went back and forth for a bit. She asked really good questions that made me feel confident that when they say it's "customized," they really mean it. They walked my property with me and made recommendations for camera placement, and showed me how to secure my house remotely while maintaining control of everything whether I was home or not. I'm honestly kicking my self for not doing this earlier. It was so easy! So now I "have eyes on" my car and my side yard whenever I want from my phone or computer.
