We bought our first house with Adam. We looked long and hard for a house that fit our needs and wants and Adam spent 7 long months with us until we found it. He set up automatic notifications for houses that came up in the market in the desired area, so we were informed immediately as soon as new prospects became available. He took us to every house that interested us, prepared contracts for houses that we seriously considered and kept in close contact with the seller's agent to keep us informed of the progress. The house we ultimately bought was a short sale, so it took us three months until the bank accepted our offer. It was a long time to wait, but Adam was very patient and saw the process through.
