All the other companies quoted $6000+ for fixing water line leak and said they would have to dig up our front yard. A-1 Plus had a method/technology that could just dig one hole near the main line connect to city water and one by our house, then and quot;pulland quot; the new pipe through the old pipes hole while breaking the old pipe. We were happy to have found something that could be done with minimum yard damage and A LOT less expensive. And were thrilled to find they found the leak when digging the first hole so they put a cuff on it there (stopping the leak) and discounted some money from the quote off the total since less work was required. Very happy to have found A-1 and would certainly recommend them and call them again.

They were able to repair the TV; we thought they would be unable to fix it. They were fine and did the job.

They were prompt and professional, but I gave them my cell phone number and told them specifically to call that. They continued to call the house. They said the leak was from a hinge that needed replaced and the soap dispenser mechanism. He called with an estimate of over $300. I thought that was too much for the parts he was going to use. I asked him to give me a break down of the parts and labor and he said he couldn't because the office handled that. Once I asked the office for this, they told me that she would have to call the technician to get that break down. I felt lied to. I would not recommend them.
