I initially set an appointment for a Wednesday. However, the appointment was changed to Sunday afternoon due to overbooking. On Sunday morning, I received a call while in church services saying they were on the way to my home. I reminded the technician that my window was 1-3PM and I wasn’t available until that time. The technician didn’t arrive until after 5PM after I called the office twice asking for an updated arrival time. They tried to reschedule again but I was adamant about receiving the service. Once the technician arrived, he was courteous and apologetic about the situation and the entire job took less than 30 minutes. While the quality of the service was great, I’m unsure as to whether I would hire them again due to the unprofessional I experienced when dealing with the scheduling of the appointment.

The work was done and the tech answered all my questions. He even told me what products he used in case I wanted to lubricate the door on my own.

I was given a four hour window when the installer would perform the replacement. Of course the actual replacement began at the end of the four hour window; however, I was updated on a regular basis as to the status of his arrival which was a professional way to handle it. Once he arrived, he began in earnest and within a couple of hours, the replacement was complete. He went over all the work performed and made me open and close the door several times to verify it was ok. All was as expected. The price was as given when I first inquired. No unexpected problems.

We had a similar issue with our other door about 5-6 months ago and were please with the service so we used 495 again. Avi came on time and was very professional. He fixed the door and went above and beyond what was needed by ensuring that both doors were in optimal condition. He did far more than I expected and really left me feeling as if I got top shelf service. They were initially recommended by our home warranty company and sometimes their contractors are hit or miss but this was a great recommendation. I would definitely use them again and not hesitate to recommend to others.

They were great. The guy was very nice. There was just one worker, he was there for like 30 minutes. He was showing me how to actually do the work and giving me tips and stuff.

Fantastic service all around, from the office staff who scheduled the job and gave order of magnitude pricing over the phone to the technician Eli who performed the service. Can't say enough good things about them. The tech not only assessed what was needed but had all the required parts on his truck and took payment. I got pricing from a competing firm but the process was much more difficult because they separated the sales/estimating staff and the technicians who performed the job.

Scheduling was problematic due to a last minute technician injury. Getting call backs sometimes slow. But they did good work and were knowledgeable and delivered what they promised.

Partly my fault on door one. I couldn't find the key for the car that was in the way. Tech could not access the panel to see if he could fix it. Second door, thought I would have to get a new opener but tech diagnosed the wrong spring in the first place. He put double springs to fix the problem. Opener still good. Problem was that I wanted them to come back for the second door without charging another fee. Guy on the phone agreed but the boss sent an email explaining a different problem and they never came back out. Still only have one door with a working opener.

Rob was knowledgeable and friendly. After 10 years my garage door is operating smoothly, and no spring replacement or any other equipment was required. I would definitely hire this company again, but I hope I won't need to.

Wonderful experience! 1) superb communication. The day before the service I got text message; I got a text message when the technician is en route; I got a text message when the technician arrived; I got a message when the job is done, and another one when the invoice is generated. The technician also called me when he left for my job.; 2) the technician is super friendly and thorough. He asked about the problem I'm having and explained the most common causes. He lubricated the tracks, adjusted the spring tension (the door is not balanced when the chains is disengaged and kept falling down indicating the spring tension low). Upon seeing the test light flashing on the motor, he counted the number of time of the flash, checked on the online manual and diagnosed the problem to be both the sensor alignment and wire problem, which he adjusted accordingly; 3) the technician also offered options to improve the door's performance but assured me those services are optional but not required at the point. He did not pressure me into anything. I'll definitely hire them again if I have another problem.

Our 70+ year old garage door wasn't working. Ron, with 495, came and fixed it for us in under 30 minutes and it works like new.

Ron arrived on schedule. Quickly analyzed the problem - a stripped gear in the motor. He replaced the gear, fixing the problem. Also adjusted the springs so the door would open more smoothly. The door works and sounds like new now, even though it is at least 13 years old. I was pleased to be able to get more service out of my existing garage door opener, and simple repair was a significant saving over buying a whole new system. I think most servicemen would have simply told me it was broken and that I needed to replace it with a new one.

Eli was competent and got the repair done very quickly. Very friendly guy.

Due to the wear and tear of the springs, the technician suggested to replace both springs. He also oiled the hinges and serviced the door to help reduce the noise when opening and closing. I was very pleased with their attentiveness to fixed the door as quickly as possible. Also, I was very satisfied with his professionalism and timeliness. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

They arrived and saw that the spring on the door was broken. He gave me an estimate of $700 to replace the one spring. Found out that it will cost me less than $350 to replace both springs through another company. I have heard very negative reviews about this company.

Wonderful service. Fast, professional, and courteous. Orlando and Eli explained my options and recommended replacing my broken single spring with 2 springs. They explained it would be less stressful on my garage door opener and prolong equipment life. The price was absolutely fair and the services were excellent. Thanks to Orlando and Eli I can now get my car out of the garage!!

The service was excellent. I told them it was an emergency because I cannot have the door open all night, and withing 25 minutes a technician was at my home fixing the door. They were very knowledgeable and gave practical and affordable solutions to fix the door. They did not overcharge, in fact, tried to do the work at a sensible price.
