I hired Mr Milligan and his employee to maintain my property in Seaford now that my husband and I are in our late 70s and need assistance. We are so glad we did. They are friendly, offered suggestions, will check to see if and when lawn will need attention again and are reasonably priced. We are now comfortable in being assured that our lawn will be maintained even during times when we are unable to be there. We highly recommend them.

Roland went out of his way to help me find professionals to take care of a variety of yard and tree issues at my new property without my asking him. Because of his long standing work in lawn care and in working with various contractors and businesses, he knows other professionals that might be available to complete other projects I may want done. He should be recognized for his extra attention to his customers, especially those new to the area.

Roland called multiple times until I decided to have him come look at the lawn that needed mowing, (which was my relatives yard). He met with my relative and she hired him. He did the job quickly. The only problem is that he has called her and shown up at her home several times since then., and that makes me uncomfortable.

Mr.Milligan contacted me promptly. B/c of the rain he could not begin as planned, but came first thing Sat. morning and took care of my very high and wet grass. He made some good suggestions about the landscaping. He is very personable as well , and I have hired him for the season .
