If you are looking for windows, siding and your roof be care full in using, Trinity Exterior, LLC. I enter into a contract with Trinity Exterior in Oct 2021, for roofing, siding and19 windows' as of today the work is not completed. I was told job would take 5-7 days to complete. The 1st issue is all work was done by subs, Trinity was never on job site to oversee work being done. It was never disclosed that the work would be done by subs. Windows were measured in Nov21, when I call about deliver Jan22, I was told the windows had not been ordered.(sub had been fired) Windows remeasured in Feb22 but windows were not ordered until April22. windows delivered in Aug 22 but was missing one window, I call Trinity and told them which window was missing. Window install took place in Nov22, windows sat in my garage from Aug to Nov. When windows were install, they still had not ordered the missing window. The sub did not use foam during window installation, as a result there were air gaps. This was not corrected until March 23. Siding installation was completed by same sub. They cut my cable lines, removed my exhaust for my HVAC system. I fixed the cable lines, HVAC repair remains undone. Sub left job site without any clean up, debris all over the yard, from broken glass to siding debris. I spent 2 days cleaning my yard. The roofing sub did a great job with no issues.

It was very good. They were very fast, very courteous, conscientious, showed up when they were supposed to, and did the job when they said they would.
