We relocated to this area 2 years ago and used Montgomery Pest Control to treat bugs/spiders in the home we rented. I have continued to use them now that we own a home because I was and continue to be pleased with their service. The technicans are always professional and thorough. I couldn't be more pleased and plan to use Montgomery Pest Control in the future.

I found them on Angie’s List. I was satisfied with the services that were provided. They were very hospitable, very friendly, and very professional. I had no issues with them. They did what they said they would do. Their pricing was very good. Their pricing also included a follow-up visit if I needed it, but I ended up not needing it. I will use them again in the future.

They were so responsive and helpful. They talked through my fears of the chemicals as a Mom with a young child. They took care of the problem immediately. I haven't seen any pests in well over three months. They were also right on time- as a matter of fact about 10 minutes early. I would definitely use them again.

We recently bought a house that had been empty for a little while and noticed a few spiders, camel back crickets and centipedes. Nothing too worrisome, but something we wanted taken care of. Montgomery Pest was very professional and friendly over the phone and was very flexible with setting up an appointment that fit my schedule. On the day of the appointment they called about an hour before the scheduled service to see if they could perform services a little earlier, which worked great for me. The two guys that did the job were extremely nice and efficient. While we still see a few bugs here and there, the camel back crickets and spiders are completely done. I would highly recommend Montgomery Pest to others.

They company did an excellent job. They came to our home on the same afternoon that we contacted them, and completely eliminated the ant problem. They warned that ants would continue to appear for a few days and then would disappear; this was exactly what happened. The company also sprayed outside the house where we had a massive infestation of carpenter ants. Again these ants were completely eliminated and have not re-appeared. We would certainly use the company again and have recommended them to others.

Overall it was great. They were supposed to come out on Monday but they didn’t due to some reason. They came out on Tuesday and they gave me a big discount because of the inconvenience. They did a great job. Once they did make it to my home, they were extremely professional. They explained every single option and step. They didn’t patronize me because it was a major ant problem, and I was emotional about it. We took that in our stride. Everything was about you giving up and they were just very professional. Their price was good because I did quite a bit of comparison during my shopping. We will most definitely use their services again in the future.

I called Thursday morning and they were able to come out on Friday (next day). They came and sprayed the yellow jacket hive. Quick and easy. They were here maybe 20 minutes and got everything done that they needed to.

As usual the guys did a wonderful job. They were right on time as usual and got right to business. They sprayed all around the house, my pool and patio area, and used a long lasting powder in the crawl space. They even threw some rodent poison in there just in case. If you want a company where you wont feel like just a number, these are your guys. I will have them out in the spring to do the treatment again. I am very pleased.

Our house had an infestation of black ants. When I saw what looked like insect eggs around our wood-framed windows, I decided to have a professional ascertain if they were ant or termite eggs. I had waged a small war against the ants using safe, natural products, but the ants were winning. Much to my relief, Mike came to inspect the situation within 24 hours of my call. He told me I was not seeing insect eggs but a by-product of ant nest-making. Much to my additional relief (yeah, no termites), he recommended a relatively safe (for humans) product to be sprayed around the periphery of my home. I accepted. He also sprayed the gutters (where he said the ants can hang out) and around the framing of three skylights where we suspected the ants were frequenting (he confirmed that). He was very nice, professional, and informative. He answered all my questions and concerns. He even advised me to have a couple of trees trimmed so that their branches would not damage the house siding, nor provide a conduit for insects. There was no pressure at any time. He and his companion worker, Justin, did the spraying in a relatively short period of time and I thought they were very thorough. I opted not to get any interior spraying, which was offered. Mike says that in good time all ants will disappear, since the chemical agent used spreads around the colony. Apparently, it's also going to be sayonara for the crickets that have been an on-going nuisance for us, since the barrier created will affect all insects trying to make my home their home. Without my asking, I was given $25 off the normal fee for being an Angie's List member. The work is guaranteed. What's not to love?

The did a wonderful job and let me know when I would be able to replace the wood that way I would not waste my money on the treatment I got. They were very informative and friendly. They also let me know what to expect as far as how long it would take to completely get rid of the ants. He also gave me his contact his number in case I had any problems. I was very satisfied with them.

Mike and Justin were right on time as usual and got to work right away. They not only sprayed around my home but around all my flower beds my pool and patio area as well as around and inside my shed. I asked about spraying inside my home too, and Mike told me this treatment should take care of everything and that he didn't like using chemicals indoors unless he really had to. I found it refreshing that he passed up an opportunity to make more money, I appreciated his honesty. The guys at Montgomery are just great they always answer any questions I have, are on time and ready to go. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of a pest control company.

The woman who answers the phone is fantastic - we called in a panic because we'd just seen a cockroach in our bathroom and were very worried about 1. having a cockroach in our house and 2. finding a way to get rid of the cockroaches that wouldn't harm our three month old baby. She was very reassuring, let us know exactly what to expect, and scheduled an appointment the same week (they could have come earlier, but it took us a couple of days to get our kitchen completely emptied - that's a total pain to do but we figured if we didn't want to have to do this more than once so we should do it correctly and get everything out of all the drawers and cabinets). The two guys who showed up to do the extermination were very friendly and respectful, talked through our concerns about our baby and our cats with us, explained all of the pesticides they were going to use and how they worked, and were generally very pleasant. They showed up on time, worked quickly, and developed a plan that avoided spraying anything in the baby's room or the room with his playmat). They also inspected our house as they went along and were able to tell us what other insects we did and didn't have (fortunately for us no termites or carpenter ants, but lots of crickets and the omnipresent stinkbugs) and gave us some advice about prevention. They did warn us that if we had a lot of roaches we might see them start to crawl out of the walls as the insecticide took effect - I am very happy to report that this did not happen (I consider it an excellent motivation to call an exterminator the very first time you see one). It is now a month later and we have not seen a roach since the day they treated for them, nor have we seen any live crickets or other insects (other than stinkbugs, which they warned us would come back pretty quickly since they were not the target of this treatment). We were very happy with Montgomery Pest and plan to consult with them in the future.

We had seen a lot of ants in our kitchen, living room and bathrooms. Contacted Montgomery Pest Control and got an estimate of $200 over the phone. Two technicians came in on time and sprayed the house inside and outside. And also based on our description of the condition, they suggested we may need another spray after 3 weeks, which would be included in the 90 day warranty. And they were right. After 3 weeks, we still see new dead ants on the floor and occasionally live ones. So we called the company again, a different technician came in, on time again, actually a little bit earlier, and did the work thoroughly and very professionally. And he promised we won't see any ants after two weeks. We are very happy with the service.

I have had a roach problem for about a year. It hasnt been too bad to deal with, just annoying. We would make sure that we had the kitchen clean every night and I had used several roach traps. I decided it was time to call the exterminator because my wife and I were tired of dealing with it and my wife was due with twins very soon. I called Montgomery Pest Control and they promptly set up an appointment that was very convenient for my schedule. They said it would cost $225 and that I need to remove everything out of the cabinents, its amazing how much stuff you have in the kitchen. The rep from Montgomery Pest Control arrived right when he said he would and as soon as he saw my kitchen he said it was going to be a piece of cake and immediately dropped $100 off the cost of the service, no complaints here. He explained what he was doing and the chemicals that he was using. He was very efficient and professional. He said they would never come back and two months later I haven't seen a single roach. One thing he did fail to mention was that once he applied the chemicals the roaches would start freaking out as they die. Roaches start pouring out of there hiding holes, it was truly gross. After a few days the massacre was complete and we are very happy with the results.

We called them out to check on some wood deterioration on our deck supports and our fence. The appointment was for 10 AM - 12 PM, and the serviceman arrived promptly at 10:10. He quickly appraised what damage was from termites and what was just normal wear-and-tear. Within 15 minutes, he had bug spray out of his truck and applied it to the affected areas. He explained to us how long it would protect and when it would be safe to let our dogs near the area (within 3 - 4 hours). All in all, the whole deal took only 30 minutes and he was very friendly, respectful, and knowledgeable all the way through!

Service person was knowledgable and very polite. He gave us a senior discount. Answered all of our questions about the safety of the product being used. We waited three weeks before filling out a report to see if any ants came back. None have. We will definitely use this service next year.

I was impressed that they answered the phone at 5:30 pm on Saturday. They arrived promptly on Monday, explained what chemicals they would use (fairly nontoxic) and stated the room could be reoccupied in 24 hours. When I went back in the following day the room reeked of pesticide and there were drip marks of chemical on the walls! Called the company and was told that, yes, it was perfectly safe, but the spray on the walls should remain there for two weeks....although they then offered to come out and clean off the walls that day...which made no sense. Three weeks later, it appears there are no bugs, but the room still stinks, the furniture is coated, the carpet (which I was told not to shampoo for six months) is sticky, and I am facing a huge cleanup process. NOT a happy experience.

My experience with them has been very good. They came on time and since the spraying we haven?t seen many stink bugs around so it seems to have been effective. They offered to come back again in two weeks if the stink bugs came back but it wasn?t necessary.

Fantastic. Just as the technician promised, within a few days the bees were gone. Carpenter bees are stubborn - there were still a few hovering over my deck five days after treatment. But my last sighting was April 12th. Montgomery Pest control offered a 90-day warranty - very nice! And the $25.00 coupon for Angie's List members took the price from $250 to $225.

Montgomery Pest Control has come out three years in a row and always does a good job. They are a family owned business and the woman who answers the phone is always very courteous. The guys who come out are also very nice and always on time. They've done interior and exterior spraying in my house and each time they come it takes care of the problem for a full year. You can do quarterly visits but I haven't needed them since once a year does the trick for us.

They do their job. I have not had a problem with those kind of bugs since Montgomery Pest Control started spraying for me. They come when they say they are going to.
