They did a termidor treatment. They sprayed around the entire house. They did a really good job. They are a small business and they are always on time. There is only three guys that work there. They are really nice and you get personable service. They remember you.

Overall went very well. The treatment used was effective, the company was thorough, knowledgable and firendly. They sprayed all over the property, sealed up our roof with a grate to ensure bats and other rodents could not enter. The product used "Termidor" has proven to be very effective. I would recommend Montgomery Pest Control to anyone looking to remove pests they already have in the home and prevent pests from entering their home.

The company initially came out to provide an estimate for termite extermination. I had contacted 5 pest control companies highly rated on Angie's List,(4 of which were national chains, plus Montgomery Pest Control). One estimate was quite low, another was extremely high, and the rest were just about the same price. I chose Montgomery based on a comparison of the services; information from their brochures, web sites, and Angie's List reviews, references; procedures to be used; and the cost for the initial extermination (which included the Angie's List discount) and annual maintenance/service agreement. Also, I chose them because they are a small locally-owned company, returned my phone calls promptly, and answered all my questions in a courteous manner without a condescending tone; plus, the technicians said they would help me move whatever items in the garage that I couldn't move myself, unlike the other companies. I scheduled the service with Montgomery for a few weeks later. Mike and Lance came out first thing in the morning and moved several things away from the garage wall that I hadn't and proceeded with the work, explaining what they were doing as they went along. Their pricing for the initial service was competitive, as is the cost for an annual inspection and maintenance/service agreement. I have nothing but high praise for this company and will definitely use them again for any other pest control problems I may encounter in the future.

My home is situated in the woods and as a result is surrounded by many crawling creatures just waiting for an opportunity to claim new territory. After purchasing my house, I decided it was time to protect my investment and look for the ?right? pest control company who could provide me with peace of mind. So I contacted three companies who had experience in pest control. Prior to an actual firm quote, Mike inspected my home, both inside and out (including my crawl space). Mike wanted to make certain that insects had not infiltrated my home. Only after he was comfortable that my home was free of intruders did we focus on the outside of my home and discussed creating a termite barrier. Mike and Lance used a treatment that would kill termites but not earthworms. Apparently the treatment is a slow kill and infects the exposed termites in a way similar to that of a virus. The treating chemical can be passed from one termite to another and thus expanding the exposure to the entire colony. Montgomery Pest Control?s pricing was by far the best of the three companies. Mike and Lance did a ?Stellar? job, were very professional, extremely knowledgeable and answered my questions in depth. By working with Montgomery Pest Control in the future; I expect to receive many years of peace of mind.

Dealing with Montgomery was smooth from beginning to end. Polite, professional handling while arranging for the service. Technician arrived on time, was efficient and otherwise very professional, completed the job and was on his way in record time. I have not seen one (customary) creaturre all season. I will use them again next year.

They were prompt, and did good work. They offered different options for service. And made sure I didn't have a termite problem.

Michael came when he said he would. He inspected inside for termites (including crawl space in basement). His associate inspected around outside of house. He said there was no evidence of termites. I had seen a pile of sawdust on an outside step, which prompted the call in the first place. He said it was caused by carpenter bees, showed me the hole where they were coming in. He sprayed that hole. I was told the initial inspection was free, plus he didn't charge me for spraying the carpenter bee. How rare is that! I highly recommend Montgomery Pest Control.

Service was exemplary. The exterminator was extremely professional and personable. He was straightforward and they addressed the problem and didn't try to sell me anything additional. Great experience. Just wish my house was in their service area.

Overall, my experience with this company was A++ in spite of the fact that work was not done. Briefly: twice in the past month, I called Montgomery Pest Control to inquire about their services. The folks on the phone were friendly and professional, and we scheduled appointments. The first time, I asked them to come because we thought we might have mice here. As it turned out, the serviceman told me there was no evidence of them so we did not need any spraying.. AND....he did not charge for his visit. Amazing! The second time, we scheduled an appointment because I thought there might be flea infestation. My ill kitty had a few fleas and I feared they had spread. Once again, Mike made the service call. Because I had not witnessed any problem, Mike felt that because of my kitty's delicate health, we should wait. (It did turn out there was NOT any infestation.) Once again, Mike did NOT charge us anything. Amazing twice! The point being: this company obviously cares about its customers. And, while I can't vouch for their actually work, I can certainly say that I would call them again and recommend them based on their consciousness and professionalism.

I found them on Angie's List. I called them and they came out a week or so later. They were excellent and clean. They wore shoes protector. The customer service was great.

Montgomery Pest handled 2 problems for me: a termite problem in one corner of the house, and a rodent problem in the basement wall. Mike gave me a very clear picture of the treatment options and follow-up. I believe the treatment was effective -- however I have also corrected the moisture problem in the basement, which probably also helped.

They were great! They are very friendly and seem to have a solution for every question we have or issue we bring up. They also give great customer service.

I discovered an ant nest under a leaky toilet while doing a DIY bathroom renovation (a nest of ants was the one thing I wasn't ready to deal with). Mike was very knowledgable, took the time to answer my questions, and did a thorough job spraying inside and out. He's coming back at no cost in a few weeks once the floor is ripped up (it needs to be repaired) to look for additional damage and spray again. Best of all, his work carries a 6-month warranty, so he'll come back again if needed (so far so good).

Best exterminators ever! They are prompt, explain their process and warrantee their work. When we had to call them back to spray again, they never argued and took care of our ant problem.

It went well, and I better understood the situation of insects coming up from around the slab and entering at my baseboards. It was assessment of the beetles I had saved. And then assessment of the house inside and out. He explained in detail what I was seeing, why it was happening, where they were coming from, what the treatment was, and what the timeline for resolution would be. The work was then done.

There was no charge for the visit. He showed up on time, was very professional and friendly. He looked at our problem, and told us that spraying would be just temporary. He said that we should be patient and the issue would soon resolve itself. It did! And I'm sure most other companies would have just sprayed to make the extra $. Plus, no fee for the estimate or initial visit. I now trust Montgomery Pest Control and will be sure to call them again!!!

We've been using them for about 8 months. They do a great job. They are professional, friendly and very responsive. They take the time to get the job done right.

They are great. We called them on a weekend and they came two days later. They were very nice. They seemed reasonable and nice. They told me the stuff they put would last for the whole year.
