I have used Angela & Doug for several moves now. They do a very professional job, and get the carpets nice and clean, plus they are ready to walk on in just over an hour. They are very flexible when scheduling and a pretty affordable price. An overall pleasure to work with.

They are the best. They are excellent in cleaning. They are excellent, ontime, and very professional. The work they did was very thorough and the carpets are very clean. I will definitely use them again in the future.

The experience from start to finish was WONDERFUL!!!! From all initial phone calls, estimate, to the work completed, I was delighted with this company! I was under a strict time frame in needing this carpet cleaned as my mother was coming home on Hospice and a hospital bed, etc was being delivered within a matter of a few days. Heaven's Best went out of their way to provide their services within that time frame. Once at my parents home, the work performed was done in a competely professional and friendly manner! The technicians put extra effort into removing stains from my parents cat and performed any requests from me cheerfully. Once done, the owner of the company called to make sure that I was pleased with the result. The results were truly amazing! Addditionally, the company provides a free call back and reclean if any of the stains that were intitially removed returned. I will definitely recommend this company to my friends!

Life happens, and it had been 3+ years since our previous carpet cleaning. As a blessed grandmother of a 15-month-old grandson, I chose Heaven's Best from Angie's List not only for their "A" rating, but because their website indicated that they use more environmentally friendly cleaning agents (I didn't want to worry about the little guy reacting to chemicals). From the phone call to set up the appointment, to the final handshake when they left my house, I could not have been happier: They arrived promptly at the scheduled time--not a "window," but an *actual* appointment--and set immediately to work. I sat in an adjacent room during the cleaning, and I was amazed at how little odor there was in the cleaning agent (the stair cleaning machine was loud, but I'm not complaining). They finished in less than their estimated time frame of two hours, and left my carpet looking fantastic (including the three formerly filthy entryway steps). No one would guess that this carpet is 14 years old! My husband couldn't get over how good the carpet looks. And there was absolutely *no* residual odor. My little grandson came over the next day and we had great fun playing all over the newly cleaned carpet!

Company rep was running a little past scheduled time, but called to provide a heads up. Not an issue.

Overall experience was great. He did do whole house rug cleaning for us to put house on market to sell. Very thorough and fair price. He cleaned a sofa and love seat also. It looked great after he was finished. Very pleasant to talk to and he and his assistant worked hard with no down time.

Excellent. Doug arrived on time and ready to do to work right away. He vacuumed all areas, treated and cleaned the carpeting. He was finished in approx 1 hr and my carpet never looked better.

Heaven's Best offered the best price on getting an upholstered glider chair and ottoman cleaned. The cleaner arrived on time and cleaned the chair. I did notice after he left that he had missed a spot. When I called, there were no problems-he came back and got the spot, no charges or difficulty. I would use again.
