Description of Work: Greg Doring provided Architectural and Design Services for a major renovation of Master Bedroom and Dressing Room. We selected him because he had completed designing and supervising a one-third million dollar renovation of the front of our home including garden, addition of a Sun Room and complete renovation of recreation and office space in a lower level of the structure. He began the present job with a conference with us, prepared drawings and direction for contractor bids, obtained bids and assisted in selecting the successful bidder. During the job, he visited frequently to ensure that work was consistent with his design. He determined when contractor(s) had earned partial payments. Greg handled evrything, consulting with us throughout the job. We would call upon him for his services for any job in our residence, large or small.

 + -1 moreHe is so good that the only way to reach him is to be referred by a past client. He does not advertise but stays busy. Listens to what you want & designs accordingly - from modern to Victorian to log cabin & waterfront - all over mid-atlantic region. Honest and a pleasure to deal with. Not the run of the mill designs. Truly custom. Does renovations, additions & complete new designs. He made building a custom home a pleasure. My friends could not believe how happy I was throughout the process. We love our home. It is right for us. I would use him again but love my home too much to move.
Description of Work: Designed custom home. Then we hired him to supervise construction at addition fees which were a percentage of construction costs.
