Description of Work: I need assistance with insulating my attic area. I'm loosing heat in the winter months. I paid $99, towards a $300 credit to insulate the area, but only given recommendation to have a home audit done. That was an expensive recommendation. I'd like to be reimbursed my $99. I paid $99 for a consultation fee ! I mentioned my attic goal objectives to the representative..., to have a floor put down floor reinforced with additional joist, ( I asked, but the company does't do floor work), and the need to add insulation where I'm loosing heat. Something needs to be resolved, with the money paid, but no services received. Thanks !

 + -1 moreWe had a portion of our home's windows replaced. Nathan was so easy to work with, never pressured us for more than we were wanting to do at this time. They do use 3rd party installers, but they were professional, uniformed and were done and gone within 6 hours. They cleaned up after themselves and we will definitely use them again and highly recommend.

He presented the best option and stayed within my budget. The installers were fantastic! No more drafts and I love looking through crystal clear windows! I definitely plan to call again when it's time for new siding.
