I contacted East Coast Inspections about a home inspection and he was able to come out later that same week. He arrived early, took his time, and was very thorough throughout the whole process. He was patient while answering my questions and addressed all of my concerns. His written report was also very thorough and was received within a few days! Cliff completed my home inspection on 3/28/2022. Cliff was open to questions and took his time to explain things. Cliff was thorough and his report was very detailed with pictures included. The report really helped me to understand the items that we discussed during my home inspections and gave me a clear idea on what path to take in order to address things in the home that need to be addressed urgently and other things that can wait for a while. With that in mind I feel less overwhelmed by the number of things that need to be addressed in order to make this property a safe and functional home for my daughter and myself.
