Cuthbert Appraisals did an excellent job - Scott was prompt, thorough, and really easy to work with. He's very professional, and it was a night-and-day experience from other appraisers I've used in the past. He didn't rush, ensured he knew details about the property, asked questions and was very easy to talk to. I've recommended him to some colleagues and if I ever need an appraisal done again I will absolutely use his company. You can't go wrong.
