+ -1 moreA spring broke at 11:30 on Friday night. I called Tom Saturday morning and luckily he was working as he normally doesn't work on Saturday's. He was there within a couple of hours and had the repair done in about 45 minutes. I had previously used Tom to replace both garage door openers and if I had been an Angies List member at that time I would have given an A for that work.

Description of Work: Tom Cherry serviced our garage door after it broke off the wall supports. They came out the next morning after calling in the evening of the event. Service was prompt and professional.

Description of Work: I had a garage door which had come off its track. I called Tom who came over almost immediately and fixed it. It turned out that the springs were worn out as well as one of the roller brackets was broken. He had all the needed parts in his truck and fixed everything in about an hour

Description of Work: He removed an old wooden double garage door and motor and replaced with new . He carefully explained the options available for the new door and motor. I chose a special order color so it took a few weeks to arrive. He installed it within a few hours. The worksite was left spotless . He went over the instructions and warrantees carefully. Very professional, very credible, no hype.

He specializes in garage doors, knows his business, is pleasant to deal with and is a competent professional in every way. His price may be a little high, but he's the best in our opinion.
