Chambers Home Improvement

Chambers Home Improvement arrived for the estimate on time. We went over the scope of the job. I told him the goal was a safe deck and better stairs and stair railing. We agreed on what needed to be done and he put together an estimate, which I received within a couple of days. His estimate was considerably better than the others I received. Jason delivered all of the materials for the job on a rainy Wednesday and returned as promised the next day. The job was completed by 1:00. They had done a beautiful job with the finishing of the new rails and best of all the deck was sturdy and safe. The new steps were much easier to climb. The gate latch was repaired too. The did a great cleanup job and all materials were hauled away.

Jason was great to work with. He provided me a reasonable estimate and gave me an estimate on when he would be able to start the work. He was able to start about a week earlier than planned. He also told me that it would probably take a couple of days to complete everything. He called me on a Monday to let me know that he would be starting the next day. When I got home from work on Tuesday, he was completely finished. He had even raked the leaves that had blown underneath my deck over the years, and installed netting around the bottom of the deck to keep them from blowing back in. I inspected everything closely and couldn't find any flaws in his work. He really paid attention to the small details and everything looks great. I would (will) definitely call Jason in the future if I need more work done.
