Very disappointed in the work. This was a large landscaping project with many different aspects (new fence, fix pavers, remove old vegetation, etc.) He told us the work would only take 2 weeks, but he seemed to only have a part-time crew, so it took closer to 6 weeks. In addition, the project was not fully completed, and Mike stopped responding to email/text. If you hire this company, know that they seem to do better at hardscaping, and make sure you get every detail in writing. During the project, Mike seemed to forget much of what he agreed to do.

We had a terrific experience with Bruce Buliders. Mike Bruce was extremely helpful and transformed our backyard into a beautiful space. He quickly completed our deck, patio and fire pit. The neighbors are envious!

We needed desparate intervention with a mud slide of a hill this past winter! Mike came out, gave an estimate and did a nice job tiering our yard. We have gotten so many positive apparenace feedback and we are grateful Mike had the knowledge to design and to control our water drainage issues. My only problem with him now is he has not answered my emails to do another very small job. I am sure he is busy this time of year. But take care of your customers, no matter how small the job.

Bruce Builders did an exceptional job on my Gazebo. He replaced the roof, power washed it and stained it. It looks like a new structure. Micheal finished the job in three days and that was only because of rain. I am so pleased, I will definitely have him back in the spring to do my deck and shed. I can't say enough about the quallity of the job and the fact he quoted a fair price.

Mike has been wonderful to work with, to the point I am having his company do much more than orginally planned. His men work with great accuracy and are so very polite. Every day when they leave my place everything has been cleaned up even if they will continue to work in that area the next day. As a female home owner, Mike has listened to me and has spoken to me like I really do have a brain. I can hardly wait for all my work to be completed to see the end results. I would recommend this company to any one and will give everyone I know this compamy name.

We had 3 projects that they did for us and we were were pleased with all of them. While the work was being done some areas of grass were damaged and Bruce planted grass seed to correct that. I just wish that I knew what was the brand of grss seed that was used so I could get some because it rooted fast and looks good and I havent had any luck when I planted my grass seed.

I was very pleased with this company, and will try to use them on another future project if their prices are not to costly. We were able to come together on an agreeable price for this previous project.

Mike was great. He had great ideas on how to improve both my interior and exterior renovations/additions. He does quality work and responds immediately to my concerns. Mr. Bruce was the best contractor I have worked with in years--prompt, efficient, accurate. The pier refacing looks perfect and was done on schedule. I was kept informed and felt connected to the progress underway. Mr. Bruce took extra measures to assure that the pier and steps were constructed sturdily and with great care. It was a job done just perfectly. I would recommend him to anyone with home repair/improvement needs.

Mike installed 3 retaining walls for me and did an excellent job for a very good price (compared to the other referred contractor). He also helped with removing debris from my property and re-grading the yard a bit to help with drainage (installing a side drainage pipe as well). I also had Mike clean and seal my concrete that was replaced last summer. I will probably use Mike for future projects!

When Mike came to bid this small job, he shared and sketched a design for what he thought would look good, incorporating some of our ideas in the process. He was the only contractor who took time to do this. His company started and completed the job on schedule (the one guy who completed most of the work was skilled and thorough) and when the job was nearing the end Mike willingly made an adjustment in order to meet our expectations. I would highly recommend Bruce Builders.
