+ 0 moreWe were made to feel comfortable at the showroom, no pressure to buy. After discussing our options, we took catalogs and price lists home to study. We made our decision, placed the order, and, when the items had been delivered to Billy's, we set a date for installation. Everything was smooth, easy and pleasant.
Description of Work: We purchased and had installed gas logs and new fireplace doors. Prior to installation, they also cleaned our chimney.

+ -1 moreThe experience with them was good. They did good work and they showed up on the time promised and overall, I was very satisfied with the work that they did and the price was competitive.
Description of Work: I used Billy's Hearth Grill & More for installation of wood burning stove and they removed an old wood burning stove. They are chimney sweep and wood stove company.
