 + -1 moreAfter discovering running water coming from the water system in the basement, I called Nature's Own Water System to get some help. It was after 5 PM during the week and there was already about 1/2 inch of water sitting on the basement floor. They asked several questions over the phone to determine if it was an emergency or if it could wait until the next day. Over the phone they instructed how tho turn off the water flow. Then they made the decision to send someone out to the house, and showed up within a half hour. They fixed the problem (replaced the rod on the brine assembly) and helped to empty the dirty water that had accumulated in the system. And did a quick system check and put everything back on line. The company came through and helped quickly. I highly recommend them.
