We dealt with hem many years ago and then again this year. Service was great, we didn't have any problems at all. They came when they said they would come. Did the work they said they would do. I thought they were a little expensive. I've been comparing prices that I see ads, of course when you see an ad don't really know what you are gonna get.Well price like I said I never really talked to anyone else but them. I've seen ad's that appear to be a lot less expensive then them. But the quality of their work is good, so I guess you pay for what you get. They couldn't of been nicer. And the lady that owns it, I talked to her directly when I made the arrangements. She couldn't of been nicer, it's a nice company to deal with. I would absolutely use them again even though they cost more. I can trust them that's why.

From my first encounter with Pam, the owner of Air Gott, to their service crew, I was continuously impressed. Although I had received cheaper quotes, Pam impressed me with her professionalism and knowledge of the duct cleaning process. Air Gott charges a base fee for 24 vents, and charges an additional fee for additional vents. The crew was professional and took their time to do the job right. They arrived promptly at 9 AM, and departed 5 1/2 hours later. I will recommend Air Gott to my neighbors and friends.

They did a great job. From the very beginning of the process they were extremely responsive (and actually the first company to respond to my request for a quote). They arrived within the scheduled time window (and called 25 mins before they arrived to let us know they were in route, which was nice). The cleaning took a little over 2 hours, which is what they told us before they started, so there were no surprises. All of the work was done professionally and exactly as we discussed when the appointment was made. There are other companies that are less expensive, but I don't think you would get the same type of service Air Gott provided, and they are mold certified, which was especially important for us because we did have some mold on the inside of the furnace (which we new prior to contacting Air Gott).

Air Gott was wonderful to deal with from the initial call for an appointment, to them coming out and completing what I needed done. They were professional, friendly, arrived when they said, AND they did an EXCELLENT job!!! I feel their prices were fair (I have a VERY long dryer vent run and they had to crawl under a ow deck to get to where it comes out of the house). I would HIGHLY recommend them for any services and I will be using them again in the future!

I had been considering having this done for some time and knew it needed to be done. I had been looking for a company that I considered reputable and fairly priced. I looked through ads, the Web and Angie's List. I found what I was looking for via Angie's List and with Air Gott Services. I always prefer local, family owned businesses and it is clear, that is was I got. From the first call to Renee who scheduled the service, it was painless. She did not try to sell me anything other than what she considered necessary based on our conversation and clearly explained their pricing upfront. Having two systems can really effect deals available with vendors. As promised, they called the day before to verify time and service. Jason (who has been there 10 years) and his partner (forgot his name :() were prompt and dressed like professionals. Very pleasant men who surveyed the house, gave me the plan of attack, did not try to upsell me with unneeded services and got right to work. Very thorough in covering all the ducts and being careful while moving through the house. Their ladder legs were covered to protect hardwood floors. Very meticulous and respectful throughout. They use a truck mounted system, which is what I was looking for to get the best results. Their equipment is obviously the best available and most effective for duct cleaning. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend Air Gott to anyone considering duct cleaning for their home. And when the time comes again that the service needs repeating, the first and only call will be to Air Gott.

They did a wonderful job of allowing me to return to my home after occupied by tenants, thoroughly cleaning all systems in a very timely fashion.

Air Gott's technician stated he cleaned our dryer vent. Within 24 hours of hooking up our new dryer, we developed a huge lint block that caused the steam to improperly vent and resulted in drywall damage. The owner of the company took no responsibility and refused to pay for the damages. The owner never even offered to come to our house to look at the damage for himself. It was very poor customer service.

I was very happy with everything that they did.

INITIAL INTERNET EXPERIENCE WAS WEAK BUT PHONE SERVICE AND ESTIMATE WERE EXCELLENT. THE ENDING PRICE WAS EVEN LESS THAN QUOTED BECAUSE OUR DUCTS WERE IN BETTER SHAPE THAN EXPECTED.
