Tru Integrity, LLC

Seldom if ever, have we had a company come into our home that has done the exploratory work that Tru Integrity did. The employees are pleasant, efficient and did a terrific job under quite difficult circumstances. Interestingly, they were the lowest bidder. We believe that their name - Tru Integrity - speaks for itself. We are quite grateful that they were able to solve our problem and we would not hesitate to recommend them. Thank you Mr. Matthews.

Great experience. Guys did a very thorough job. We had bad flooding issues and after they installed sump pump we haven't seen an ounce of water since.

After our recent week of rain we had a leak in our basement that we eventually found out was caused by bad fittings on the pipe coming out of one of our sump pumps. We hired Tru Integrity, LLC and they were able to diagnose and fix the problem quickly. They were very responsive and very quick to provide an estimate and schedule a time to complete the work. We had a couple companies take a look at the issue and Tru Integrity, LLC was the only one to even consider that it was a smaller issue and recommend a least invasive option. Highly recommend!

Wendell was very professional, courteous, thorough and easy to work with. He gave me the right solution for my situation and also some recommendations on how to improve a 2nd sump pump.

This company did Waterproof in my basement and I am very happy with their work. The owner of the company personally came to provide an estimate and I thought this was great because to me this was a guarantee on the quality of the work provided. The workers took great care to protect my furniture and other items from dust and breakage. The workers were polite and did the work quick and efficient, they did not waste my time. The drainage system, sunk pump and window well changes were all aesthetically pleasing. The workers did an excellent clean up as well. My review for Truintegrity LLC is FIVE STAR. This is a honest company and it was great to have honest services.

Wendell is the real deal. It has been truly a great experience working with him. Top notch customer service and an overall great guy who shows care and detail to his work. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about Tru Integrity. The perimeter drain tile system he installed looks fantastic and his crew is hardworking and respectful. Wendell and I are currently discussing other projects that need to be done, and he is also coming back to extend the drain tile system as promised due to inability to access the area near my HVAC unit when we first began the project. HomeAdvisor customers, look no further than Tru Intergrity as this companies name applies wholeheartedly.

Mr. Matthews works promptly and professionally. He even spreads concrete while dressed in a crisp shirt and snappy hat. He is also creative and willing to put in the extra effort to make sure the problem is fixed and fixed properly. His first strategy for repairing our leak involved extensive work outside the house. When that didn't work, he returned quickly to create an impenetrable seal from the inside. He's top-notch. Hire him.

Very professional and informative.

Expertly repaired water intrusion and cracks in retaining walls on outside basement stairway, complete with parging of all. Removed and re-poured new concrete on front step and in rear at top of basement stairwell. Wendell recommended a water proofing procedure (V-grooved and Epoxy). This was completed in one day as promised. Tru Integrity truly exceeded my expectations with a very thorough and professional job. I would highly recommend them for there honesty and customer service.

Turned out my sump pump was fine. No service was required or provided. Wendell did not charge me one cent.

Wendell was right on time and very professional. He repaired my sump pump and communicated what the problem was and how he was going to fix the problem and his fee was very reasonable. He lived up to the name of his business! I have already recommended him to others.

This started out as an estimate because I had other appointments but after he found the issue, he was very thorough to make sure no other issues existed before he came to this conclusion. He was very efficient, the tools and parts that were used were of great quality. He didn't cut corners, the pricing was phenomenal and it did not take long to complete the job. It was done on my lunch break. On top of that, his service came with a seven year warranty. Their is no way you van lose there. I would recommend him got anyone and I already sent his information to a few people. Best money I spent since becoming a home owner 12/21/16.
