If I could give Mr. Shoster an A+++, I would! He took the time to look at everything to try to figure out the best way to remedy my kitchen plumbing situation. He explained everything to me in terms that I could understand and I'm so grateful that I was able to find his plumbing company. I'll be calling me Shoster back out when it gets a bit warmer to implement the solution.

Outside faucet and pipe would not drain properly and would freeze each winter. Rework needed a trim plumber to conduct installation that ran underneath a low and narrow porch. This required a second visit with the right team members. Work was completed on schedule. The recommended design has been working without any issues.

Did an excellent job on a job that others refused to accept. He came upon a challenge or two but was determined to move forward to completion.

I hired Shoster plumbing thru an Angie's special of $99 for $200 worth of plumbing service. I had already taken the you- fitting apart in the master bath to make sure it wasn"t clogged. It was OK. Shoster said he would have to power auger the drain to clear the clog and that cost would be $200. He used the power auger to clear it, and it did clear the clog but I felt that $200 was a lot not for approximately a half hours work. In the second bathroom he re-set the tub drain because it was not draining completely. It turns out that problem was being caused because the original plumber who installed the tub 19 years ago installed the drain slightly crooked,causing it not to drain completely. consequently, there wasn't much Shoster could do,but re-setting the drain did help a little. The other problem of the tub water and shower spray not working properly was due to a bad diverter valve in the tub spout which he replaced, taking care of the problem. Overall he completed the job he came out for, but I gave him an overall rating of C because I felt the additional $200 it cost me (a total of $400) was a lot for an hour,maybe an hour and a half total time

I called Shoster Plumbing after a tenant of mine was having water show up in her basement ceiling. Ken Shoster was at the house within an hour and quickly diagnosed the problem. He called me back with facts (not fluff) and gave me a quote on fixing the problem. An hour later I received a call that the work was done. The invoice came and was exactly what was quoted. As a former Real Estate agent I had to deal with a lot of contractors and vendors. I grew tired of the run around trying to find someone reliable and knowledgeable. Shoster Plumbing does not fit that mold. He is easy to deal with, quick to respond and fairly priced. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

Kenny and I spoke on Friday night he informed me he had some other appointments on Saturday but that he could stop by around noon. We agreed to noon. He called Saturday morning about 10am and said he had finished with the previous appointments. He then asked if he could come by earlier than the noon agreement. I agreed and he was at the house with in 30 minutes. He completed the work and was out the door by 12-12:30pm. Kenny was very personable, punctual and professional. He worked clean and courteously. I will call Kenny Shoster for any future plumbing needs and highly recommend Shoster Plumbing.

I have used Shoster Plumbing 4 times ever since Ken was recommended by a family member a few years ago. He has fixed a valve leak behind the wall, clog, shower diverter, and replaced a hot water heater for me over the years. It has always been a pleasant experience and it’s nice to have someone you can rely on when you have an issue. Fair pricing, prompt service, and the fact that he is willing to help you understand the issue at hand and all your options is what ensures I will be calling him the next time as well.

We had the Quest piping in our home and unfortunately came home to six different leaks over the last five years. We decided to replace all piping in the house to remove the Quest piping. We chose not to work with any of the plumbers who had fixed the piping over the years. We chose to hire Kenneth from Shoster Plumbing to do the work instead. Kenneth was simply amazing and incredibly professional. Even though he was not in charge of the whole job because we hired someone else to do the demo and general rebuild, Kenneth continued to stay in touch and also stopped in to check on progress to make sure he was able to get in and do his part as soon as possible. He worked even on Saturdays and Sundays as to make sure progress continued. He was punctual, responsive, clean, professional, and worked very diligently and efficiently. He left the job site each day cleaner than when he arrived. He wasted no time while he worked. Kenneth was great at working with other contractors on the site and even helped prepare and protect his part of the worksite before he left to aid the other contractors. He replaced one pipe that went through the ceiling and one wall of our family room. While doing the replacement he worked incredibly hard to make only minimal holes needed to do the replacement. I expected much more damage and was truly amazed at how he protected our home and worked hard in tight spaces in order to keep damage minimal. We will be putting another bathroom in our basement soon and will be calling on Kenneth to do the work. We hope he does not mind us putting his number on speed dial. He is now our plumber of choice!

Called at 9:27 am and got a return call within 10 minutes. He said he could come around noon time. He came at 1224. I was very impressed with his professionalism. One of the leaks was in a very difficult place and he was able to replace the piping for that leak. He then noticed a pin hole leak in a copper line that was not far from the other leak. He was able to repair that leak also. I was very happy to see that he cleaned up after the job and he left the site cleaner than when he arrived. His pricing was excellent and I would use him again. I also had him give me some estimates on other work I need. I will call him for that job also.

Kenny is an excellent plumber and businessman. We've used him several times and highly recommend his services. On a Sunday, our water line for the icemaker broke and there was no shutoff. We called Kenny, and although he was spending time with his family, he came right over and helped us out. He's always so helpful...with a pleasant attitude and a smile. He also doesn't gouge you, even on the weekends. Thank goodness for people like him.

He was very easy to work with and he did a really great job. He was willing to treat the visit as something like a service call, and add on any extra labor and parts. He got it fixed for us without having to replace anything, which was great. He was very responsive and his price was very good. We haven’t had any problems with the water heater. I had tried a different provider and all they were interested in was replacing the unit and weren’t really interested in making sure that it needed repairs.

He is fabulous, and did very good work. He prices are always reasonable for the work being performed. Our real estate agent recommended him. His work is so good that we never have called anyone else.
