When my AC broke in the middle of the heat wave, Rocky HVAC was able to get me on the schedule the same day! My salesperson, Greg, was very knowledgeable and professional and took the time to explain the issues with my system. My unit was repaired promptly, with fair prices and top notch customer service. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of HVAC or heating system repairs!

Closed the deal on Friday, the next morning 5 guys including the owner Rocky were on site. They removed the old condenser and the entire oil heating system. Then installed the new condenser / heat pump outside and the air handling system inside including an air purification system. The crew was friendly and professional. They completed the entire removal, install and clean up without a problem. My wife and I could not be happier with the results. Thanks to Rocky and his team and to Greg Kim the sales rep who's impressive knowledge helped us make the right choice for our home.
