Very efficient with replacement my new tank water heater. Brain would able to explain what is my option to replace my new tank water heater. He would able to tell me what else I need to get replacement for another plumbing issues such as new shower pipe. Also, he will keep update what's going on from beginning to end during the remove old tank water heater. I would recommend to hire his company again in the future if I have any plumbing issues.

Brian could have just put the register in and charged me, but he said it could be any number of problems to include the meter, which was the responsibility of the county. I had the meter changed, but the problem persisted. Brian came and fixed the problem the next day. Very professional! Would highly recommend

They did a good job, but let's face it: Plumbing is very expensive, not just Modern Plumbing, but the industry as a whole. If I were younger, I'd do it myself. I wish they had also adjusted my toilet flush mechanism so you don't have to hold down the knob the whole flush cycle. I was not home, and they didn't notice this.

Brian and his crew did an excellent job for me. Brian is very personalble and professional. He did exactly what he said he was going to do on the days he was going to do it. He kept me well-informed. He really knows his business. The job was done in a very timely manner and his estimate met his final invoice. On this, and he was the lowest of three bids that I received. I highly recommend Modern Plumbing for any plumbing job that you may need at your home.
