He is reliable; did beautiful copper piping and was reasonable in cost. He totally replaced all of the copper piping from my water heater and is scheduled to return and replace my bathtub facet, which will not be an easy job - they've been there since the 60's. I highly recommend his services.

Brian's communication skills are very good. He was late to my project but called several times. When he arrived he told me that there was a delay at the supply store. He did the job he was hired for and gave me great advice regarding a foundation leakage problem in my basement. He also advised me on how to set my hot water tank for optimal service. Again, he did a great job on the sump pump and was well under the price of another Service Magic plumber and his clean up was much appreciated.

The best thing with Brian was his straightwardness. Told me what I needed to know about the problem, what it costed and how quickly it could be fixed. He was prompt, pleasant cleaned up his work area. It was hard to tell he had even been here except for the fact no more water was pouring out of the spigot. The job was completed in less than 24 hours after I accepted his bid. Just as a passing comment, I did not hear from anyother businesses. on the less I am very happy to work with Brian.
