This company was great. Specifically, I worked with Brian. He called me immediately, identified the issue over the phone, quoted me a price, and was willing to come out the same day. Due to my own scheduling issues, I called back the next morning, he called me back within minutes, and he was at my house 20 minutes later to fix the water heater. I wish all repair people were like this and attentive! Brian and his team are great....and he can hold a great conversation! Thank you and I will definitely refer him out to others and use his service again if needed.

Brian responded immediately, made sure to put down tarps for a dirty job (such that there was no mess on a very rainy day), and solved what had been an exasperating problem for us. He took the time to troubleshoot by text before he came to my house. He then identified and repaired a small problem that saved me from having to replace my water heater. Had a leaky faucet causing water damage under my kitchen sink. Brian came out at 8 am the next day and got it fixed (installed the replacement faucet I had purchased) as well as replaced a leaky outdoor spigot. Years ago, Brian also installed my sump pump. He is super knowledgeable, laid back, and friendly. He's up front with costs (of which are very reasonable) and work quality is excellent. I'll definitely be calling him for future plumbing needs.

I had a house full of guests arriving for the weekend and my hot water heater failed. Brian was able to come out the following morning with a new one. He was very easy to talk to and a pleasure to deal with. I was kept updated on the crew’s arrival time. They were very respectful of my home, putting down tarps wherever they had to walk. I called several companies to price the installation of a water heater and chose Modern Plumbing not only because the price quoted was very competitive but because Brian, the owner, gave me frank and sensible advice on what type of water heater was best for my particular situation. We ultimately decided to install a standard tank water heater, rather than rolls our tankless unit, given the high cost and complexity of work needed to properly install another tankless unit. Brian also provided several references for me to check, so that I would better understand my options. Brian and his helpers were prompt on their arrival time, took care to ensure that our hardwood floors were protected during the work, and explained the work that had been done. Timely and competent

I called several companies to price the installation of a water heater, and chose Modern Plumbing not only because the price quoted was very competitive but because Brian S., the owner, gave me frank and sensible advice on what type of water heater I needed. They picked up the water heater I purchased from Home Depot, installed it with a drain pan, and hauled away the old one. Brian even checked out my sump pump and advised me that the discharge pipe was obstructed and that I needed to take care of that or risk the pump motor burning out. I couldn't have been more pleased with the professional, friendly, and efficient service.

Called Modern Plumbing Systems (based on a NextDoor recommendation) to install a new hot water heater and sump pump and couldnâ t be more pleased. Bryan, the owner, was the consummate professional â immediately returned my phone call, checked on all available options for my specific system and needs, thoroughly explained each option to me, provided an immediate quote based on photos I sent, and then did a great job on the install of both the hot water heater and the sump pump.
