Contacted Modern after hours and they immediately returned call I explained problem to them and they offered to come immediately but due to fact I had just returned home I decided to wait until morning. They arrived at scheduled time and made repairs to water heater. I highly recommend this company

Efficient, Effective, and low cost!

I would highly recommend this company. We had severe plumbing issues over the Easter weekend and they came first thing Monday to fix it. It was not an easy fix, but they spent hours upon hours until they found the issue. I found them to be extremely professional and knowledgeable. One thing I really appreciated was how well they cleaned up after they were done. Overall, I was impressed and will use their services again.

Brian Spurlin (and assistant Joshua) arrived promptly, with all the necessary equipment, and set right to work. They worked quickly and efficiently - the bathtub drain blockage was completely cleared in no more than 10 minutes. Afterward, Brian told me about a helpful (and very inexpensive) tool that could help me fix any future drain blockages without having to call a plumber - he even directed me to their website (it's also available at DIY centers). He also volunteered helpful advice about how to help prevent toilet blockages, and information about hot water heaters (mine is very old and due for replacement). Overall, a thoroughly professional and reasonably priced service. Brian will definitely be our go-to plumber in the future.

Hose bib pipe in the wall had slow leak for a long time. Leaking connector was repaired quickly and for a fair price. Great experience, will use again.

Add me to the Brian Fan Club! The owner personally does the work so that he knows that it is done right. He noticed and repaired a problem with my HVAC line (completely unrelated to the water heater replacement job I hired him for) at no additional charge. And his price was about 20% lower than most of the other quotes I received for the job. He also gave me a replacement heater element at no charge. Try getting service like that from one of the big name outfits!
