Brian was very quick and professional, and he was very clear about what the problem was and what was needed to fix it. Originally, I contacted him because I needed another estimate on what it would cost to rip up a portion of my basement, repair what I was previously told was a cracked pipe, and then replace the concrete. However, Brian came out, thoroughly assessed the problem, and came to conclusion that my pipes were just clogged. He did not try to con me, based on the other plumber assessment, was quick and thorough. He and his associate Jay, also gave me tips on how to keep my pipes clear. They were wonderful to work with!

Brian was 100% great. He was calm and methodical about our project, checking with our gas company to make certain every thing he was doing was compatible with their requirements. He was a good craftsman, neat, completely reasonable with his labor fee, and supplied the receipts for the materials for our records. Plus he has a nice magnetic business card to stick to your fridge, which you will want to do so you can easily find him the next time you find you need a plumber! Look no farther.

Andrew and D (sp.?) showed up on time in the morning for our 5.23.07 appointment, which was great. They were both very personable and helpful. The installation of our cooktop went smoothly and we were very pleased with their honesty and the work they performed. We even asked them about the possibility of doing a future project in our home because we definitely would choose Modern Plumbing Systems again for our future needs.

Brian was very polite and explained everything he was going to do to fix my plumbing problem. He did a great job in a reasonable amount of time. His price was reasonable and fair based on the time spent doing the job and his workmanship. He was accommodating to my schedule by doing the work after regular hours so I didn't have to miss work. It was nice to see someone who actually enjoyed his work. If I ever need a plumber again, I will call Brian first. I will and do recommend him to anyone who needs a good and honest plumber.
